I use it to deep condition my natural hair. It’s noisy, but seems to do its job and is reusable for quite a while. After a while the band starts to separate from the foil causing holes, but that’s not a big deal because then it’s time to reorder it. For the cost it’s nice that I can get several uses out of it.

I love this aluminum reusable cap, I use it every time I dye my hair because it makes my hair dye work so much better and turn out more vibrant. I’ve had this for months and the quality is still the same, it’s very durable. It also makes my hair masks more effective. I also put this aluminum cap under my thermal hot cap to keep the thermal cap hot for a lot longer amount of time. This cap also dries very quickly and easily. It’s very lightweight and it’s not thick, so you don’t feel hot/overheated. It’s also fairly comfortable for an aluminum cap, I’ve literally slept in it many times lol. This cap also will fit many different head sizes, and it’s secure and won’t come off even if you sleep with it on.

I used this cap to provide some heat to condition my hair. It worked well but started to tear after a few usage.

Fixed my hair dye issue!! Last time I dyed my roots, the color was not as dark as it should have been and it completely missed huge spots of grays. I'd never had an issue before with that hair dye and I know I applied the dye correctly...I read that if it's not warm enough this could happen (and it had been the middle of winter with window open) so I decided to buy this heat cap. This cap completely solved my problem! I just redid my roots and this time the color was spot on and stayed.

THE PERFECT CAP TO USE WITH HEAD FITTING HAIR DRYER. PROBLEM IS, I CANT REMEMBER WHERE I PUT IT LOL. I USED IT TO CONDITION MY HAIR AND SET MY PORTABLE HAIR DRYER ON 7 OF 9 HEAT SETTINGS, FOR 30 MINUTES. MY HAIE CAME OUT SO SOFT AND MANAGEABLE!!! This is helpful for deep conditioning treatments. If you’re using it in the shower, it is super loud because of the aluminum. Just a head's up
