A lot more resistance than i expected. But perfect for beginners and warmups. Extremely useful for workout during the lockdown situation. Best part: anywhere you are, you can get in some workout.

I don't know how I got around to my warm-ups and stretching without stretch bands in the past! Now I cannot think of a better way to stretch before and after my workouts. This band is the best tool out there for pre and post workout exercises. The texture is smooth and not sticky, plus the quality is great too! I find it safe to use, without fear of any injury.

Quality of this resistance band is good. Its very easy to use for the beginners also. So far its all good and no negatives seen. Lets use it for some days.

I feel dubious about it, but since I've been using it for the past two weeks, I'd have to say it's a good product especially for beginners and for intermediates who are looking for adding some more resistance to bodyweight exercises (warm-ups). I recommend buying a resistance tube along with this as there are exercises you can do with a band but not with tube and likewise some that you can do with a tube but not with a band.

I bought the product since I saw a lot of exercises with these type of bands and wanted something for light stretching activities... so far I am liking this product... can do a lot of warm up and stretching exercises with this one. It also helped me improve flexibility. Will recommend this for anyone looking for a quick and impactful workout at home or outdoors.

Using this product to do workout at home. The elasticity is restricted for the band creating additional resistance when streched beyond average. The durability is doubtful as when while using you try strech little farther than average it feels lot of tension and seems like it might not survive similar daily usage. Decathlon offers better bands at same price.
