Perfect fit for 2012 Nissan Xterra
Works great for my 2012 Nissan Xterra. You might want to order two just to have one on hand, because you never know when it will fail again.

Working beautifully in my 2010 Pathfinder
Great fitment. So this is next to the firewall under the hood shelf (windshield bottom) so its a feel your way thru removing the bolt and unclipping it. You will need a very short handle ratchet because there isnt much clearance. The same with installing the new part. Its not difficult skill wise and the passenger side was a bit harder to reach than the drivers side. Its been 4 months since I replaced them both and have had no issues.

"Hitachi or Nothing"
2nd Gen Nissan 4.0L (Xterra, Frontier) do not like aftermarket cam and crank sensors. Use Hitachi every time and it's highly recommended to change both cam sensors and the crank sensor all at the same time. I had a P0011 in my 2005 Xterra, while using an aftermarket bank 1 (passenger side) camshaft sensor. Vehicle drove fine, but check engine light would come on periodically. Decided to replace it before I ended up stranded. Install is a total pain and most of it needs to be done by feel while laying on top of the motor. Hardest part is undoing the clip. I found it easier to using a small 10 mm box wrench to remove the sensor and THEN unclip it. So far it's working perfectly. Check engine light is gone so that's a win.

Not actual hitachi
The one I got was a counterfeit made in china. I installed it without realizing and my truck ran like crap. Took it out and realized it doesn’t even have the hitachi logo on the sensor. Obviously a scam.

Put in my 04 g35 after having problems with an aftermarket sensor. These are what you want for your g35 or 350z. only been a month but so far no issues and don’t see any coming too soon with this sensor.

It works perfectly fine with Nissan Pathfinder/Xterra/Frontier. And it should. It's the OEM part. In the end, I purchased the upgraded Hitachi model, part # CPS0012 of this one. Amazon/Hitachi doesn't list the compatibility to an early R51, Xterra or Frontier, but the new part is the OEM being sold by Nissan, now. These are a great deal of 30% from what the dealer will sell you for the same part. Hitachi is the brand you want. Thank you Amazon for selling these, here.
