Bought because I had horrible itchy skin from our water softener going out. I tried everything under the sun to make the itch go away. Absolutely nothing would work. I read an article about baby powder making your skin soft along with vitamin e and aloe. I had tried both of them in there wet form and they did nothing. I got the baby powder and it didn't stop the itching either. However, after I would try the newest lotions and they didn't work, I would go rub down with an alcohol wipe to get all the stuff I tried off my skin. Then I would take the baby powder and rub it into the alcohol so my skin was soft and dry. If you itched it, you would itch until your skin bled so you had to ignore it and it would eventually go away. So after the baby powder I put on a long sleeve top that covered my hands, long pants, high socks, and I would crawl in bed and try to focus on my iPad. If I gave in, at least with the baby powder I would gently rub the skin instead of clawing at it. Gently rubbing helped immensely when I got overwhelmed from the itching and with the baby powder having aloe and vitamin e in it, I do believe it did help to sooth some but more importantly, I could rub my arms or legs through my shirt or pants and it was truly a soft gentle rub as the material just moved the baby powder back and forth and not off. I believe it didn't come off because I put it over the alcohol. I am buying a bigger bottle and going to use it through the winter when your skin gets dry as it really did feel good after the itching stopped and I smelled a little like a baby again which is one of the best smells in the world!

I saw a lot of reviews that said the product was not as described in the posting but I thought I would give it a try because when I saw the price was only $1.97. I received the product exactly as it was described so I was happy about that. I actually thought the bottle was going to be much bigger but I was surprised over a month and we were using it on every diaper change (about 9-11 times a day). My wife and I actually prefer this small one v. the big size because it is easier to handle and you can easily control how much powder comes out. With a bigger bottle a lot more comes out which is a waste. I will probably buy this again when the price goes back to $1.97.

I review stuff I buy so amazon will start sending me free crap to write reviews on. So here it goes. This is baby powder. I’m not a chemist, but it seems like the same stuff that they sold 50 years ago. It can be used for many applications. If your work boots don’t slip on sprinkle a little in them. People at bowling alleys use it. Not sure what for but they say it makes a difference. If you bowl a 97 then this probably won’t fix your problem. I personally buy it for my daughter. Sometimes she gets diaper rash. Sprinkle a little of this “downstairs” before securing the new replacement diaper and the rash goes away. She also laughs like hell during application. It must tickle or something. Super cute. End review.

Soft on your body and it smells good. Wished I had gotten a bigger size.

Although I'm not a fan of the powder without talc as it gets gummy on me when I'm hot, this is great size for traveling and keeping in my just in case i run out of powder cabinet.

I was clearly trying to order unscented Talcom powder. That's why I went to Amazon instead of the grocery store. It's nice powder but I don't want to smell like a baby.
