Workmanship
So far I bought a few knives on Amazon The knives themselves were good, but the sheaths that came with these knives did not do justice for the knives. I purchased this because looked like it would work. It does it's made with nice thick leather the stitching is good and the knife fits. Really well made.

Exceeded expectations
Really good sheath. Great bang for the buck. I purchased it for an SOG Pillar. I was able to put the SOG kydex sleeve into the sheath and it fits like a glove. Very pleased

Not bad
strong, sewn well, this is not a hedgehog but it will work. It meant for a wide blade 1 1/2 inch or tracker , warthog

Very stiff leather and excellent quality craftsmanship
Arrived a day early so that's pretty awesome. I'm still waiting on my knives though so I don't know if it's going to be a good fit or not yet. I will say though it seems to be very good quality. The leather is NOT RED colored! It is definitely brown. That's a bummer to me cuz the knife I got has a reddish brown handle and I was hoping to make a match. The leather is very very stiff. The opening for the knife is very slim and looks like it's going to be a very snug fit. If the blade is too big there's no way this is going to work. Very wide loop for a belt. Sturdy snaps and good stitching. Comes with a shoelace type string for tying around the leg. Seems like a very good product. I just hope that my knife fits in it. I will do an update once I can check that out.

Better than expected
Great sheath for the price. If you want a nice sheath and don't want to go broke buying onto this is a good buy. I have an nice knife, fairly expensive. I didn't like the kydex sheath that came with it. I wanted a good leather sheath but I couldn't see the cost of custom sheath. Plus I'm left handed. This sheath looks great and works well right or left handed. Is quality made. I think the bad reviews are probably by those who are used to having something more expensive. If you want a good sheath that doesn't break the bank. Buy this one

DRY LEATHER
I recently bought a SwissTech Kraftig bushcraft fixed blade sold at Wal-mart (great knife for the price) and the plastic sheath that came with it leaves much to be desired. This seemed to be the only moderately priced leather sheath that would fit its wide blade, so I gave it a shot. The leather is low quality and dry and will need some major conditioning. I will also add rivets at the corners because this thing will tear out with use. There is no leather spacer between the sheath layers, so there is a chance your blade can cut right through the stitching. The ferro rod loop is very small and will not fit a rod bigger than 1/4", which is kind of pointless. I'm crafty so I will make this sheath work for something, but honestly, I wasted my money.

Not the same as original Air Force sheaf, but well made
Great piece, doesn't have the metal piece on the bottom like the real ones have, but a good knife sheaf

Fits my British MOD knife perfectly!
I bought a British MOD knife years ago and the sheath was always sub par. I wanted a solid sheath that would fit the knife better and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. I had been looking at some of the nylon Spec Ops sheaths, but they only last so long under the abuse I give a sheath. I decided to give this sheath a try and if you read my other leather item related reviews you can tell that I don't enjoy thin leather on leather items. This sheath is made of decent thickness leather and I would buy it again. It's worth checking out if you like the design.

Good looking Sheath just one small concern.
Everything is nicely done on this sheath.Only concern is that the leather is a bit on the "minimum" side.Only time will tell.

Solid sheath
Great quality looks to be welted. I bought it for my white hunter and to see if it fit a skinning knife my dad and I made when I was 14...it does but was pleasantly surprised when it fit my falkniven a1x. These reviews saying poor quality must of got a different sheath while it is only single stitched which is obvious in the picture so no surprise there its melted and I think will last a long time. I'm hard on my gear and am confident in this sheath. Time will tell though

Quality sheath
I ordered this for my Tom Brown tracker and it is perfect. The extra pouch is large enough for a magnesium block, fire, starter or a sharpening stone. Itโs a very nice sheath for a variety of knives depending on what you have I highly recommend it beautiful full grain leather.

knife sheath
I like it cause it holds my 6 inch boning knife with ease , plus it has a front pocket to put a small sharpening stone in

Fits my Schrade perfectly
Great sheath. The leather may need some working in and I find the belt loop a bit too generous, but nothing I can't live with and I can always modify that if I want to. One little thing of note. The picture shows a piece of antler, which leads to the assumption that it is included. It's not; at least in my case it wasn't part of the package.
