Favorite eyeliner. I have on subscription. I like dark brown it is dark without black, I also like gray to add on top for green eyes. The staying power is superior, no eye boogies, always easy to use, consistency is perfect. I ended up with subscription because it is the best I have found. Plus, the price is unbelievable for the quality.

I'm very happy with this one! Easy to apply and get an even, nice stripe (on both eyes) and stays nice throughout the day (even in the Miami humidity!). Good value for money

Love this retractable eye liner. Goes on very nice and stays on, no smudging. The price is great too. I would say this is one of the best for the price u pay, and I’ve tried a lot of liners. No need to sharpen, waterproof and the colors are nice

This product is everything it said it was. Bold color with a retractable eyeliner, so there's no messing about trying to sharpen pencils or having your eyeliner break off in between uses -- or waiting for liquid liner to dry. This eyeliner is very black, and once you apply it, it does not smudge easily. You have to really rub to get it all off. If i had to choose one thing in which people might be disappointed, I would say that it is difficult to get fine lines with this product. So if you're looking for a dramatic effect, this eyeliner is perfect. Still, you can use a brush with it to get thin lines. It's a very nice product for the price and is easy to use. Little drag yet durable. Glamour at a nice price. So I was very happy with my purchase. I would give it 4.5 stars.

This is the best no budge eyeliner I’ve ever used. I can put it on in the morning and go all day without any smudges or “leakage” 😆 on or around my eyes. It goes on smooth and the color is rich. It’s a twist up eyeliner so no need for a sharpener. I use the coffee color and it’s a great rich brown color. I have blue eyes so that just seems to work best for me. I’ve purchased this eyeliner six times on Amazon. I will continue to use it as long as I can. I will say that when I started using it the cost was $5 and now it is $6 but I will say it is still worth the price. I also don’t have any trouble removing it with a simple face wash or make up remover wipe. This photo is after all day at work. I applied it at 6:00 am and it is now 5:20 pm.

It was a good eyeliner that went on easily and stayed put well, but after the third use it broke off at the base and the whole eyeliner fell down the sink when I opened the cap. I was so annoyed, I threw away the container. Now I can't even get a refund or replacement.

I have been using this brand for a while now and it has worked very well on my water line. Personally I felt it was easy to use because instead of having to sharpen it like a pencil eyeliner, all you have to do is twist it and the applicator comes out. On top of it being long lasting you can also add to it to make it darker! By far has been the best eyeliner I have used for my waterline!!

I love this e.l.f. eyeliner. It glides on so smooth and holds up for the whole day! And at a very good price!

While it does not budge, which I enjoy, it is very flimsy (the retractable pen is very unstable once retracted), and the application is not as smooth as I hoped.

this went on smooth and washed off nicely. I liked that it is a warm shade of black. I don't think there is enough product in the tube tough.
