I have been using this pillow for years, and it remains my go to for any kind of pain. I originally got this to help with cramping, but it works wonders for any muscle pain I might be having. It will come out very hot when first heated and retains heat well. I have noticed over time that it is really good at picking up and holding onto pet hair, so keep that in mind if you have any heavy shedders like I do.

It's just the right weight and just the right size for my lower back and shoulders. I was worried about burning it, so I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds each forwards and backwards, then 15 seconds forwards and backwards again. Then it's not too hot and just right for me. I sleep with it warmed up and propped up on the back of my neck and shoulders, and its sound doesn't bother me at all because I sleep right through it.

I bought this for my elderly mother who experiences a lot of lower back pain. The generous size appealed to me, and I thought the larger seeds might hold the heat longer. In reality, the heat did not hold as long as smaller seed type products, and the lumpiness wasn’t as comfortable for her. We still appreciated the ample size, and perhaps for another use it might work better, but for needs it was just an OK purchase.

This thing is great: stays hot for longer than other microwaveable heat packs, smells good (kinda like cherries), perfectly sized for your abdomen - and it's really satisfying to play with!

Love this heating pad, works great for all our family members. Heat it up and you are ready to go. Well made, great value, easy to use, comfortable and I love the weight of it as well.

Bought this for my wife about 9 months ago. She's used it a lot; she physically needs this type of heating due to some medical conditions. We've used oats, flax, rice heating bags in the past, and this is soooo superior! This is now her only go-to. Pleasant cherry smell when heated in the microwave. The cherry stones feel very pleasant. Excellent quality fabric and expert construction. If you have used microwave heating bags with any other material, believe me, it's more than worth the step up!

Super product for pain relief, especially in winter. Far better than rice/mustard pillows but not suitable for infants and small children.

Just arrived last night so only tried it once. Very sturdy material, full right up with cherry pits. Overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase so far.
