Building Technology: Mechanical and Electrical Systems, 2nd Edition

We needed this book for a college class. It is full of great information. Though, it is a bit dry and boring to read. However, if you put on some upbeat music, you can power through it and learn most of what you need. Keep it in your personal library for future reference as well.

The packaging was ok it was really easy for me to open but the book looks basically new. I was pretty surprised it looks this good and it came in by two days. definately a plus

This book might be old but it gives you the basic knowledge to the making of buildings with much insight, everything from walls to hvac and safety.

Very simple, comprehensive and straightforward to read. I have not used it very much, though, as I changed my field of study.
