An absolutely brilliant grill that does the job perfectly. Can’t fault anything about the grill, it cooks both vegetables and meat beautifully, full of chargrill flavour and aroma , minus the smoke and oily mess! Even lean cuts of meat still stay juicy and the texture is on point! It does what it says it’s easy to clean, just pop it into the dish washer and voila it comes out like a new grill pan. If I were to scrutinise its flaws, then it would be two missing rubber feet as mentioned by other reviewers!

Easy to use and clean. Grilled chicken satay, beef satay and some veg. Everyone enjoyed it.

Bought it for occasional use, and straight away it became a household staple, easy to use and to clean, I do add water to the bottom tray before using it so whatever drips down doesn't stick. Makes grilling food very quick and easy, I don't have to watch it the entire time, my kitchen doesn't fill up with smoke, it works. Only downside maybe is that if you cut whatever you are grilling too small or thin, it could fall between the gaps, so cut your stuff a bit thicker, it's hardly a downside to me.

I don't do very often reviews, but this time I have to...I'm a BBQ guy and my family loves grilled meals....I wanted something for a quick set-up(as my old electric grill has passed away after years) apart from other charcoal and gas BBQs. It's 101% non-srick, heats up very quick and the thermostat works as it should be. The meat stays juicy with marks of the grills. Everything fits perfectly with no wobbly parts, and it couldn't be easy to assemble. That is so dar the best electric grill I've ever had and used. .believe me I've got about 30yrs of buying and using BBQs, grills, grill pans and etc. 6 starts

It just works, love taste and speed of its grilling! We used to have other devices from the same brand more than a decade ago, and it cooked so slow, and tedious to clean. After using this in my friend’s house the whole family just fall in love with it! It’s simple to clean and put together. As the grill top and the bottom tray can go into dishwasher, it saves a lot of effort cleaning than using air-dryer or multi-purpose cookers, which has many parts to take care of after use. Its a wonderful family activity grilling through the whole meal!

Really really love this grill . So easy to clean , just let the plate cool down a bit and wipe with a soapy washing up cloth , no scrubbing required. So far I've cooked : sea bream , steak , chicken thighs , courgette and aubergine slices , bacon , burgers and burger buns ....loads more . Much healthier , just a quick swipe of flavoured olive oil ( on the food not the grill), and its ready . I have used indoors and outdoors. Indoors there is no more smoke and steam than if I used my cooker grill and a lot less than a frying pan . I have used the grill almost everyday . Wouldn't want to be without it . I find medium low to be the best temp for most grilling then a quick burst of medium to high to finish off and get those lovely grill marks that look so appetising.

I don't know if this is standard in the product but it has a lot of scratch marks in specific weird places, which make me feel this is not new at all. But everything else in the product looks completely new. It's weird. I will test it and see if I will keep it after.

Absolutely top quality product it's amazing definitely great tasting steak with no smoke just some white steam. Very happy with purchase plug and heat immediately easy to clean large enough cooking grate to cater for 4 adults. Have no regrets in this purchase well worth the money spent.
