Great product
This flour is excellent quality and works perfectly for all my baking needs. It’s consistent, finely milled, and produces great results every time. On top of that, the price is very reasonable, making it a great value for anyone who bakes regularly. Highly recommend.

This ancestor of wheat flour has distinctive flavor and texture.
Oh, this was soooo good! Spelt is an ancient form of wheat, but it has a distinctive flavor. I bought it to make “cookies of joy,” a recipe from Saint Hildegard of Bingen (Germany), a 12th-century Benedictine abbess. The spelt gave a nutty flavor to cookies, as well as a more interesting texture. I made these cookies for coffee hour at my church. Excellent reviews. It's actually surprising that more stores don't carry this spelt flour: I shopped at several stores in town before ordering from Amazon (sorry, Jeff), and they all had Bob's Red Mill products, but none of them carried the spelt flour.

Bob's Red Mill spelt flour
I started having GI issues when baking with regular flour, but that stopped when I began using Bob's Red Mill spelt flour. Works great for cookies, biscuits and flatbread. They come out a bit more rustic than regular flour items, but I like that, and spelt flour is healthy. I've looked in all my nearby grocery stores but nobody carries it, so am glad to find it on Amazon.

Great flour. Could use a better seal on the packaging
Great flour! Made some delicious Spelt Sourdough with Bob's Red Mill SPelt Flour. Only wish the seal on the packaging was better. Was not able to seal the bag back up.

Great quality!
I purchased this flour as a replacement for the white bleach flour and to aid in my alkaline journey! It’s great! Definitely recommend!
