There were no words to describe how overly excited I was to find this item on Amazon. When my daughter was a toddler, she was a Blue's Clues fan all the way. This was OUR favorite toy. Flash forward, my 'toddler' is 17 now & every year for Christmas, my siblings & I do a gift exchange but it has to relate to something we adored in the past. I included my daughter this year. When I saw this, my enthusiasm could not be contained. So imagine my shock to witness this special gift being opened, the tears of happiness & joy that sprang to her eyes only to find that where the batteries go is completely rusty AND the spring came out. When the package came in the mail, I never took it out the box to inspect it. Because WHO would sell a broken toy?? And I only gave this a star because I'm unable to submit without doing so. I want a refund of my money.
