Fantasy Master Gladiator Warrior Twin Sword Set and Sheath

Okay, a number of the other reviews of this item are right on. The hilts are cheap, plastic and pot metal, barely good for display. As in the headline -- I knew this. The hilts have already been removed. The sheaths, such as they are, are black nylon-ish stuff, not worth further mention. The blades are as I saw described: The points are very pointy, more so than even several sharpened swords I own. The edges are non-existent, squared-off with the corners of the squares being the only part remotely sharp. If you want a VERY light-duty bottle-slasher, one of these might serve the purpose if you care to do the work of putting sharp edges on it, and they're about as inexpensive as you'll get.I'm perfectly happy because the blades are actual steel and sturdy enough that, fitted with appropriate Iron Age Germanic hilts (entirely wood), the edges ground to almost sharp, the stainless de-shiny-ed, and dropped into simple PC wooden scabbards, they'll pass fairly close muster as barbarian weapons, and someone wanting the general look and feel of a very early iron sword will buy them. On that note, again, I'm very perfectly happy and will probably buy a few more. Can't beat the price...Edit to simply add, I did buy another pair of these swords. Nothing much to say but what I said, above. I'm sorry to see that these may not be available, any more, going forward. I'm happy to have wound up with 4 of them to modify.

They look great .Prop swords NOT FOR COMBAT!Will be making individual scabbard for each.Half a point better than a toy.Again, they look great!

Firm, not wobbly, blade, which is nice. The handle is firm too, although a little slippery. Quite flawless. Arrived a day early. As described. Definitely worth the price. It's not dull, because it's entirely flat. Dull is much sharper than this blade, with very flat edges and tip. But that's best for display and play. And I figure I can sharpen it later if I want it sharpened. I plan to, in fact. In conclusion, I like it! If you don't like it, then I reckon you either have specific goals which differ from mine, or you simply forgot how cheap it was when you bought it. I think I've paid more for less before, on that note!

My friends and I bought these swords for a group costume event. I ended up making different scabbards for them because the nylon one you get is honestly garbage. If you pull the swords out you will never get them back in without cutting the scabbard open. I stuck these things in the oven with some pvc pipe at 250 degrees and the plastic handle melted loose the fittings that holds the handle together and I couldn’t put them back together. Great for a costume but don’t try to hit anything with them, they aren’t strong enough to withstand too much heat or abuse. I’d recommend them for wall hangers or to swing around like a goofball.

Swords were not sturdy and handles were loose. Other than that they are beautiful

These are pretty cool for the price and quality. I wouldn't say they are collector quality but they are better than costume quality. The blades are fantastic and surprisingly balanced. The only things keeping these swords from a perfect rating is the hilt & sheaths. It's some sort of polymer that's painted, it just doesn't quite go with the sword I honestly thought the grip was leather or pleather bound. The sheaths are just simply cheap and ugly, other than that I'm pleased and will hang them up tonite.

These were amazing,my son got them for his dad's birthday and now wants to order some for himself. These go well in his collection of swords and knives

I bought these swords as a gift for my fiance and when we recieved the package we were so happy and eager to open it! We are very happy with our purchase except we however wish that the handle wasn't plastic and there was a complete full tang in the center. Besides that its an amazing blade! We also like the sheath though we wish there would have been an option to buy a leather sheath instead but as I said all together an amazing buy!
