Purchased several times
I like the weight, paper quality is good, I like the look and the lack of bleed through. This definitely makes a good gift. While it's not for paint or water color a light touch works. Markers tend to cause the paper to bend.

Great for school
I recently purchased this product and overall, I’m pretty satisfied. It does exactly what it promises and has made a noticeable difference in my daily routine. The build quality is decent, and it feels durable enough for regular use. Pros: - Easy to use right out of the box - Performs as expected - Sleek and modern design - Reasonably priced Cons: - Packaging could be improved - Some minor instructions were unclear All in all, a reliable product that I would recommend to others. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely a good value for the money.

ITS A GOOD SKETCHBOOK
I always get this brand of sketchbook and I love it. It's like a comfort sketchbook, I've been using them for a few years and im SCARED to stray away and buy another, but as an artist it's really good quality paper for SKETCHING imo. Don't expect to use much marker on it though because it's thin paper and will bleed through... stuff like highlighters and acrylic paint are fine though. The color looks the same, it looks just like the picture, it does it's job and I take it everywhere, its pretty portable I mean it's just a sketchbook, hold it..

make your own study guides
I bought these sketch books because I wanted to make my own study guides. I like to print and then tape pictures of what I am studying then write in my own notes. Why don't I just use regular lined paper note books? These used card stock paper, sturdier than normal paper. I make picture / graphic study guides. Then write 1 or 2 sentences worth of information. I am a nursing student, so it might be a picture of a organ, then a sentence about the location, another about its function and so on. The problem I had with these sketch books is the binding fell apart. These might work well for some artist sitting in a studio, making sketches of a cat. But I am a student on the go. I plan on opening these books on top of tables at my nearby Starbucks or other coffee shops and then shuffling them around with coffee in one hand and a pen in the other. I need durability. Pros: clean white paper, gets the job done I like the plastic cover, protects the paper good price for the produce Cons wish in came in more colors than black. Might want different sketch books for different purposes. Why not black books for when I sketch black cats and white covers for when I draw white cats? the binding fell apart on me. I took it to Staples, had it bound in a spiral / corkscrew type of binding with clear plastic cover, front and back. Now I can decorate the inside page, but still get the protection of a plastic cover. Now, I can judge a book by its cover, because I am the one who labeled / designed it. Final verdict. For the price, they work well as " my first sketch book". If I was an art student and wanted to draw cool stuff. My suggestion. Go to Staples or your local stationary store, and buy these items 1. a stack of card stock paper, 250 sheets should be plenty (they are weighted, I bought 110 lbs) go to the print station and ask the person behind the counter, to break up the paper into 5 books (50 pages each) bind them, clear plastic covers. This comes out to less then buying they individual sketch books You can then decorate / label / design the inside page, which you will be able to see through.

Good product
This is the standard sketchbook. I really like the poly cover because it protects the pages. The paper was pretty thick and worked especially well with watercolors.

Great for work and drawing
I typically purchase one or two of these every few months. I use them as a planner or calendar for work because I create my own drawings and schedules. Paper is heavy enough so they don't bleed, cost is cheaper than a fancy planner.

Quality sketchbook
Great for dry media. Warps with heavy watercolor application (because it's not watercolor paper; buy watercolor paper if that's what you need!). It tolerates thin acrylic well. Paper is thick and the quality nice. Best with dry media, but I like it. Recommended.
