I wanna buy this but I'm worried it will come all dried up

Playfoam never dries up-even when you leave it out for months on end.

Are these individually packaged? If so, how durable are the containers?

No, they are just in the plastic blister pack. Not reusable.

Is this made out of styrofoam?

It feels like it. Like a Styrofoam version of silly sand. In my experience, kids of all ages (5-16) and lots of adults really think it is cool.

Does the play foam stick to clothing or shoes?

Its possible, but it comes right off not like gum where it leaves a sticky residue. You just use another piece to stick it to its self.
