The best gluten-free pancakes
Gluten-free pancakes that taste like pancakes and have protein. We love having these stocked up at home. They aren't typically carried at the grocery store or are sold out pretty quickly. The ingredients are clean and healthy, which is worth the price.

Love this mix! When I found out I could no longer eat gluten, I was bumbed not to be able to enjoy the regular kodiak cakes anymore. Then I stumbled across these GF ones by Kodiak and I think I like them even better. They cook up great and taste amazing. My favorite thing to do is add some chia, Flax, and cocoa powder for a morning waffle. They turn out so beutiful and I've never miss the gluten ones sence. My kids live them too. They are a bit spendy, but just for me and the convenience it's totaly woth it. One box goes a long way. Definitely tasty mix!!! And I really like that it's still made with a whole grain.

Excellent taste
A little bit on the expensive side, but in general, I like the overall taste better than the other gluten-free products I have purchased. He has a good amount of protein. I primarily use it for pancakes and not waffles. And he leftover batter. I go ahead and make up the pancakes. Put them in a baggie and they heat up wonderfully in the microwave.

Good alternative to wheat pancakes
I need to minimize white wheat products. The Kodiak Gluten-free mix is an oat-based mix that is tasty. Other alternative pancake mixes can be awful.

Best gluten free baking mix for cakes
I'm a baker. Losing wheat was devastating. I've tried soooo many gluten free baking mixes only to end up with crumbly corn bread textured baked goods. So sad. Until I found this mix. Read rh ingredients, seasoned gf bakers will notice no no rice flours. So no grit. Soft, fluffy, cakey results! I modified the banana muffin mix on the back of the box and cooked it in our little toaster oven in an 8*8 pan. Best ever. Will certainly make awesome gf vanilla cake, brownies, cake, and more! I'm sure it makes good pancakes too, for those who want that.

I love this mix. I love that it comes Gluten free! I added a sprinkle of nutmeg & cinnamon, a few drops of honey so I could eat them without syrup. It’s a great product! Will buy again. I heard about this on one of my SiriusXM shows from a holistic vegan.
