What width should I order as a brand new quiller?

I use 3mm. width. It makes a pretty, delicate piece of work. As you advance, other sizes are available. Have fun.

I am currently working on a project and was wondering if anyone knew what color the off white is called and if I coild order it by iyself?

Off white is white, but not like snow white, it seems a little little little yellow in the white

How long is this paper?

The only strips that I've ordered are 54 cm or about 21 1/2 inches long. I've never checked any of their other strips but from what I've seen the width and lengths are listed in their info for each pack of strips.
