Ceylon cinnamon drops it abruptly, but does not really keep i down in a steady way. Bitter Melon is supposed to work with the pancreas to help produce or enhance insulin levels. So this is actually a better solution - or get them both! I made a mistake before, but I highly recommend this. There was another brand that I used that was GREAT (15:1 organic), but the feds got on top of them to shut them down while they were making nothing but the best, pure and organic stuff.

I have no idea how it works, but it totally does! In 2017, my immune system was down--from stress of summer heat and humidity. The fruit itself is terribly bitter and hard to take, but the capsules are basically flavorless!
