What are the dimensions when it's fully open and set up?

I don't have the exact measurements I'm not at the clinic, but estimating its about 21 inches wide and standard mobile table length or close 5.6 feet or so. I mainly wanted to mention, what I didn't notice about this table was, when I received it, the base/ legs are not adjustable like a similar one I bought on Amazon a while ago. I guess I missed this detail when I ordered it and assumed the height could be adjustable. Instead it looks like the legs were all welded or fixed to the lowest height setting. I'm six foot and it is a real struggle to do any adjusting on the table. I will use it as a back up table for the rehab department until I'm able to order higher caliber tables.

Yes, it does have an adjustable foot piece. My table is packed up, so I am not going to be exact here, but it seems to me that it can extend 6 inches or so. The adjustment screws aren't that strong, so it moves about a bit when extended. I leave it in the compressed position and don't mess with it.

Does the headpiece tilt up or only down?

The head piece tilts up a little, but has more settings tilting down.
