Doesn’t work
DON’T BUY, I bought this for a present for my 7 year old sister. Today we decided to unbox and play with it to find out that it doesn’t work what so ever. I’ve tired multiple different branded batteries thinking that might have been the problem but it’s clearly the product what I’ve been sold. Apparently I’m not aloud a re fund as it’s past the dead line. Shocking product and shocking service.

Replacement works well
Fitted exactly as hoped. The length was good and the quality good. Connection not quite as tight as the original but has worked fine and saved the purchase of a new vacuum which I’m delighted about as the motor etc on my shark is still good.
