Mix is great for a meal. I use a mason jar, oat milk, protein drinks yogurt Chia seeds cinnamon-and Nutrail. Thenafter sitting for at least three hours have a delicious filling, low-carb high protein meal

I aim to follow a gluten-free, high protein, low sugar, diet and missed having cereal and granola. This became a good option for me since as a crunchy, low-carb granola that tastes good. The price is a bit high, but competitive for other keto products. It’s delicious and satisfying, though sugar alcohols may not sit well with everyone.

These but granolas taste pretty dang good! Serving is 1/3c so don’t expect to be eating bowls of cereal unless serving size isn’t a concern. Good ingredients, keto, low sodium, and no blood sugar spikes.
