The environment that you are in has a lot to do with how much you will notice the impact of this product. The same can be said about most products like this one. If I take it on the weekend at home doing nothing I don't really notice anything. It doesn't give you a feeling. However taking it before work I can tell by the way I interact with people and how I handle situations that it has a HUGE impact. I am able to better focus on tasks at work and cross things off my must do list. I am slightly introverted and it removes the uncomfortable / anxiety feelings in social situations. I also have a feeling of crying and or depression most days of the week that is totally gone and has been for weeks.. It came back for a few days when I ran out.. This product has changed the quality of my life without a doubt.
