Great customer service. Spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone when I couldn't get my printer to correctly recognize product. Now I know how to update my printer with new drums! Great product too! I am not paid to write this!!! :)

I ordered this toner multiple times in the past and this product always worked great. One of the last toners I ordered did not work, printer would not recognize toner cartridge. It was past the return window but Abby from MVtoner assisted me right away and sent out a replacement toner at no cost! The replacement toner worked perfectly! I would definitely recommend this product and know that the customer service is top notch and quick to assist if needed!

Updated review: I received excellent customer service from this company! I have a set of drums that will print. They are not as good as OEM (I wouldn't print photos because there are horizontal lines) but they work for my purposes. First, some background. I bought this set because my printer was saying the drum units were on the verge of dying. I waited months and the meter only went from 10% left to 7% so did not attempt to replace the drums until after the return window had closed. Reviews for the replacements seemed fine so I thought I'd be OK. However the replacements did not work very well at first. The yellow and black drums were not printing at first but started printing after I cleaned and reinserted them firmly. The magenta drum was leaking toner everywhere, which has decreased but not gone away. The printing from the cyan and magenta drums did not line up. I got what looked like a 3-D movie when I printed. After posting my original review, I was contacted by the seller right away. They nicely responded and requested more information. After a couple different messages with suggested fixes for me to try, they determined that one of my drums (cyan) was actually faulty and offered to refund the purchase or send me a new set even though it was a month and a half after the return period closed. I asked for the magenta (leaking) and cyan (misaligned) drums. Then I added another star to my original rating for the customer service response and another because two of the drums (yellow and black) started working after I took them out, cleaned the corona wires, and reinserted firmly after trying to print a few times. UPDATE: I received a full set of drums from the seller within a couple days after our message exchange. I inserted them and was dismayed that I again had the 3-D (mismatched cyan and magenta) look to the printing. But I remembered that last time I had to pull them out and reseat the drums to get them to perform properly so I tried that and reprinted to find that everything was aligned. The printing has become misaligned again a couple times but has been fixed with a firm reseating of the drums. I never had those issues with the OEM and was able to print photos, but I'm still able to use these drums for most purposes so I've increased the rating to 4 stars because these save a ton of money and the seller provided excellent customer service.

I love the fact that I am saving money and getting a product that works. I have used this product for the past 8 years and have never had a problem with it. The printer company will tell you to only purchase their product because so called after market replacement toner don't work. Well, this is one that does work. I am still very satisfied!

UPDATE: The company reached out to me to figure out why the drum didn’t work. They offered to send me a new drum as well as a new toner for free to see if the same brand drum and toner would work. I received them and they work GREAT!! Apparently the drum has to be used with the same brand toner cartridge, it can’t be used with another off brand toner. No problem! I’ll just order toner from this company now too! Great customer service! I appreciate them trying to resolve this and get to the bottom of the issue. Original review:Half the price of name brand drum because you get half the print. I thought it was a fluke when the first one arrived and wouldn’t print anything down the right half of the page. I requested a replacement and popped in my old Canon drum that leaves a smudge down the left margin to get me through until the new replacement came in. Much to my annoyance, the new drum doesn’t print on half the page as well. I’ve now requested a refund and ordered a Canon drum at full price. Would have been a great deal for the price, but unfortunately I need the full page printed.

It didn’t work with my printer line it said it would.

GREAT compatible replacement cartridge for my Xerox Printer B-210. Works just as good as a Original Xerox Cartridge and is a better price!

Leaves lines on my paper. Tried all sorts of fixes but can’t get rid of the lines.

Totally compatible for XEROX B205 , popped the cartridge in and was ready to print no problems , really good deal

But pricey, but it works !
