ReadyLance Safety Lancets provide a simpler way to test your blood-sugar. Each device is preloaded. Simply twist-off the cap and apply pressure. Device will activate gently against the test site to generate just the right amount of blood. No loading, unloading, depth setting or any other annoying aspects of traditional lancets and devices. Needle is concealed before and after use. Using ReadyLance eliminates the need to handle exposed needles which makes ReadyLance the perfect choice for individuals with poor dexterity, children, or anyone that wants to eliminate the risk of being accidentally stuck by a needle. ReadyLance is available in 6 different sizes. Review: This all-in-one lancet is so convenient! - These lancets have made blood testing a breeze for me. The convenience of having the lancet all in one piece is awesome – no more searching for separate components. I bought the 30Gx1.6MM size, which is perfect for me and ensures a quick and virtually painless blood draw. The purple color adds a nice touch and makes them easy to identify. With 100 lancets in a pack, I have a long-lasting supply that saves me frequent trips to buy replacements. The pressure activation feature adds an extra layer of safety, giving me peace of mind during each use. I recommend these lancets to anyone who needs to check their blood at home. Review: Great value - Great quality, price, and works well.

Easy to use. Consistent results.
I am a Tpye 2 diabetic and check my bloodsugar four times a day. First discovered the ReadyLance when hospitalized for months. Got to the point couldn't get blood with typical drugstore lancet devices. Variety of sizes and depths of ReadyLance allows you to adjust to your changing needs. As my fingers have healed after months in the hospital I've been able to go to smaller size lancets.

All in one solution, easy to use, consistent results, available in different sizes and depths.
These are the lancets used in hospitals and doctors offices. All in one solution, easy to use, consistent results, available in different sizes and depths for different individual needs and NO exposed needles before or after use! Convenience no fumbling with individual lancets needles, lancet devices, depth settings ETC. Cost is the only down side at $0.13 each plus tax they are more costly then the standard generic lancet at between $0.02 to $0.04 each plus tax. The coat can add up very quickly if you test several times a day. Convenience, ease of use and consistent results can easily offset the extra cost.

Very easy to use and not painful at all.
I really like not having to load a lancet device to check my blood glucose. These are easy to use, not painful, and produce exactly the right size drop of blood for my meter. A bit expensive, which is why I took off one star, but totally worth the price in comfort and ease of use.

Quality Product
This device can be described as powerful. When other lancets fail, this one won't. You won't need to keep poking your fingers. It won't cause you an injury but it may be too strong for some people. Just remember as with other lancet devices, if you don't get a blood drop immediately, don't squeeze the finger rather just gently message along the finger towards the puncture point until a small blood drop shows.
