Great Knife And Found the Perfect Dog Tag Chain To Replace The Crappy Chain Supplied With The Knife.
Great Knife for conceal carry around neck, however the chain supplied with this knife is junk. It will break super easy. So I went online and researched and ordered 6 or 7 different black 3.0mm chains. I found one I liked that was 3.2mm and fits the holes on the knife case well and the chain is durable. You may want to reconsider paracord because someone could use it against you to choke you. This chain will break away but you need force! Much better than the chain they sent with knife. The chain we ordered was 3.2mm (Glossy Black) and has a nice coating which makes the chain feel better around your sweaty neck. Look for the following chain set on Amazon: 2.4-4mm Stainless Steel Black Ball Chain Necklace for Men Women, 3Pcs Beaded Military Chains for Men, Dog Tag Chain Necklaces Set, 18-30 Inch We chose the 30" length which fit perfectly with perfect placement for both me and my wife when wearing this conceal carry knife under or above your clothing on both male and female. (ages 57 & 61) (5' 5" and 5' 8"). I tried about 6 or 7 different dog chains and the above link worked perfectly. Now there are three chains in the kit for whichever size you order (We ordered 30"). the larger 3.2mm chain worked and felt the best of ALL our choices. Looked the best and was the most durable while remaining flexible for use as a neck knife. Great for the wife when she goes on walks and great for me as a backup knife. With the above dog tag chain (in same black color) it looks nice and you forget it is there. Hope this helps others who love the knife but hate the chain!

For what it is - an $8 novelty last-ditch self defense tool - I'm satisfied.
- It's not sharp. This is a triangle of metal, not a knife. The tip is pointy enough to hurt if you were jabbed with it, but the sides are like a butterknife because it's for poking, not slicing. You can sharpen it more. - Cheap sheath. Yeah, well, $8. As long as you aren't needing to yank out your triangle and stab people on a daily basis, I expect it should last a while. Why is everyone complaining it's hard to put back in? It is, but that's not the part you're in a hurry for. You'd certainly rather a downward-facing sheath be tight than loose. - The chain is okay. Mine's held up to a few test pulls. Upgrade if you're worried. - The handle would be a lot easier to grip if it were rubberized or something, but again, $8. People with big hands: be aware there's only 1.5" of handle to grab when sheathed. This is good for small hands. - Clip execution is bad. It's not for belts. In fairness, now that I look, the ad doesn't claim it is - I saw the "pocket clip" and made that part up myself. The clip could keep this thing from falling out of your pocket, but it cannot stand up to a knife pull because it's attached in the same direction you'd be pulling, so it just easily slips off. If the clip were installed upside down, it could clip onto your belt from the bottom and thus resist the pull. I'm also not sure If the two slots in the sheath are intended to feed a belt through. That would be great, if I can find a belt <2mm thick and 1" wide. Lots of room for improvement, but I'd rather have it than nothing.

SMALL BUT NECESSARY.
LOVED IT.

Not really a knife; actually, a spear
Thick piece of metal with a needle-sharp point. Blade width is at least 3 mm, so, considering a small size of this thing and a narrow cutting edge, the cutting edge is pretty much an obtuse angle that can't be sharpened effectively without altering the angle of the edge, which is not really a problem with right tools. Otherwise, this is a nice small 'tool' that holds very securely in the sheath. No problem pulling it out, just need a confident, quick pull motion. Changing that 'ceiling fan' type chain to something better may be a good idea. For the price, it has a good potential for many uses without any regret that you may ruin it while experimenting.

Sheath sucks
The knife itself is fine, not very sharp out of the box but are you really going to cut things with this knife? Probably not. The only other thing is that the sheath is poopy butt. It hold the knife ok but that clip is useless. Id give it a 4.5 star if i could put it on my belt.

I gave this 5 stars because it is great at being what it is and doing what it's meant for but a few things you need to know. #1 most important. This item is NOT A KNIFE. It's not designed nor intended to be used as a knife. If your looking for a neck knife at the same price point, I recommend the (MTech 20-30). That's a knife. #2 when you first get this item, it is extremely hard to remove it from the sheath but it will get easier once the sheath wears in. #3 the chain it comes with is garbage, throw it away and add your own cordage. #4 I see a lot of complaints about its sharpness, again, it's not a knife. It's design and shape does the work and the sharpness, steel quality and edge retention doesn't matter. I've tested this on several tin cans without damage.....well.....it did dull the ridiculously sharp point a little. #5 if you hold it correctly your finger will probably fit. #6 if you think you know how to properly use this, you probably don't. Keep in mind it's not a knuckle duster ring and using that way will probably break your finger. #7 for whatever reason you buy this, be careful because it has the potential to cause serious injury.
