KRAMER by ZWILLING Paring Knife

This is a beautifully designed and well made knife. I waited a long time to be able to get one. Unfortunately, it is designed for a much larger hand than mine. It makes a wonderful cheese knife, but I can’t use it as a paring knife because the handle is too large and round for my grip. It’s back to Wustoff for paring knives for me.

This knife has appeal! It is very sharp, high quality and great looks. It handles anything I throw at it. Very happy with my purchase.

Trying to replace a knife I damaged, this ones handle just isn’t comfortable for me. Maybe I hold knifes wrong, but it needs to be an inch longer for me, larger hands. My previous zwilling had a mable handle and was longer. I so regret messing it up, used wrong sharpener cause my eyesight was bad.

The best knifes I own are my Kramers work with them daily for hours great balance and razor sharp..
