These are a wonderful little snack. I grab them when my blood sugar is low!

I've changed up my diet recently for the better. I've been a "salty chips" snacker for most of my life. Never overdid it, but I was getting a little heavy and wanted to lose 30-40 lbs. primarily walking more and cutting out sugar and carbs. But what about my chips and popcorn??? Well these parm chips and pork rinds did the trick to satisfy the times I just needed to have something crunchy (watching TV or going to the movies). In 3 months, I've dropped 34 pounds and on my way back to my optimal weight.

This is my go to snack since I am on the ketovore diet. The variety of flavors help add a bit of variety to this particular diet. It does seem that the portions are small for the cost but still an important addition to my diet.

Great snack for low-carb diet diabetics

Although these crisps are certainly tasty they price for what you get is outrageous. I looked into making my own and it couldn't be easier (and less costly). Buy some brick parmesan, put some parchment paper on a cookie sheet, preheat the oven to 400 degrees, use a grater and create about 6 2x2 inch crisps, insert into oven, check them in 5 minutes or golden brown texture like sun. Enjoy.

Very good but I can do a cookiesheet full and crumble for same affects.
