The spotted lanternflies have returned, so I needed some good swatters to take them down. I already prepared myself earlier with these retractable swatters with wider heads that I bought at Gabe's last year, but as I should've suspected they were cheaply made and broke easily...of course I've been swatting those bugs on trees but still they should be better quality. Luckily I found some on Amazon that are better quality! These swatters are retractable just like my previous ones so you can smash flies (or lanternflies) from long distances. They're very sturdy at first, but after a while they loosened a bit, but so far they haven't fallen apart yet after a couple weeks so that's a good thing. The heads are smaller that the previous ones, pretty much normal size of any other swatter, but so far they're very durable even after swatting on hard tree bark for days. So yeah these are really good fly swatters, they're durable, sturdy, and last longer than normal swatters! Definitely recommended for your bug problems.

What sold me on this product was the extension handle as it is easier to store. Plus, it is helpful to have two around. This is well made. I'm giving it 4 stars because the design flaw is that plastic swatter part is a bit on the small side and is stiff, not bendy as I would prefer. I avoided buying a fly swatter because I do not like swatting flys but I also can't have them landing on kitchen items.

Foxany Telescopic Fly Swatters are perfect! They are durable and made to last and the price is excellent. No part of this is flimsy. The telescoping handles are firm and hold in position very well. This is an excellent value! We’re going to buy more to have them in our barn, garage, and our cabin in the Hill Country.

I originally bought this telescopic fly swatter to deal with carpenter bees around the house and the occasional fly indoors. However, it has proven to be one of the most effective tools I've found for controlling Spotted Lanternflies. Compared to trying to stomp them with a shoe, the swatter is much faster and more effective. The extended reach lets me strike before they can jump away, and my success rate is significantly higher than when using my foot. I also discovered that the tread on my shoes often prevented a clean kill, allowing some lanternflies to survive or escape. The flat surface of the swatter delivers a much more reliable hit. It's lightweight, durable, and easy to carry while walking around the yard. What started as a tool for carpenter bees and flies has become my go-to weapon against Spotted Lanternflies.

I’ve used this telescopic fly swatter for 2 seasons of flies and bugs. Compared to the cheap, flexible plastic swatters that are given away as freebies at fairs, conventions, etc., this fly sweater is less effective unless you swing very ,very fast. Primarily due to the inflexible, telescopic, aluminum shaft, this swatter requires a faster motion resulting in more of a mess. It has quality construction and functions as intended but the inflexible shaft design makes its performance inferior to the simplest of fly swatters. The simple fly swatter speed at impact is faster as it flexes and snaps as it hits the mark. Clearly, my success rate on flies is better with other fly swatters compared to this one. This swatter works better on slow moving larger insects.

The fly swatter comes with 2 swatter. They work well with being able to adjust the length you may need. The swatter part is made well.

These are great! I was able to successfully swat a fly from a distance using the telescoping feature, and was able to aim for one who had landed in a tight space by collapsing the handle. I'm still waiting for another opportunity to swat that one... And having 2, I can put one in my bedroom and leave one in the living room, which is convenient.

These are pretty well made and work well too. sadly can no longer t get the Oxo Good grips fly swat I guess these are a closeish second
