I have been waiting a while to do my review because I wanted to make sure that it would work for me so that it could be a true review. I have officially finished my three month bottle and I am now on my second as of today. Chaste tree supplement has been an actual lifesaver for me. Three months ago I was going through the worst hormonal imbalance I have ever experienced. My hair had come out a month or two prior due to a really bad, stressful traumatic breakup with my ex gf that threw my body into instability. The high stress caused insulin resistance, as I am naturally insulin sensitive, which increased my cholesterol, and also caused hormone imbalance. I am an herbalist so naturally, I was not open to being prescribed any type of hormone treatment. Instead, I dug deep into my herbal book and I found a remedy which mentioned Chaste tree. It gave me the required information to make my own pill supplements so I decided to just look up the pills on Amazon to see if anyone has already done so, and I came across this brand. I did not have high expectations, but I am no longer having irregular bleeding that stopped maybe two weeks after starting this herb in addition to that I normally have pretty severe PMS symptoms and now I barely get them at all. Normally breast pain for a full seven days now maybe a day, but still not as severe as before. Matter fact the max that I will get is probably irritability for one day and then it goes away and I forget that I’m even in the PMS stage until my period all of a sudden shows up. My periods are a little lighter than before. They usually were about 6 to 7 days but now they are more like 5 days with the 6th day being a very light spotting or clearing out day. I am incredibly thankful to have found this brand and I will definitely keep purchasing. You have a new customer for life. I have recommended these to my mother-in-law as she is dealing with some pre-menopausal symptoms and from what I understand this would help a whole lot so hopefully she also tries them and it is life-changing for her as well. I usually take them in the early morning when I first wake up with about 8 ounces of water as well as a drop of liquid vitamin D to start my day. The only other vitamin I may take during the day is sometimes a multivitamin depending on if I’ve gotten a good amount of nutrients throughout the day or not. Other than that, I am turning 30 this year and I am in my prime. I feel balanced and healthy as ever. My skin even has a natural glow to it now.

I've bought this bottle 4 times so far, and I do notice a difference with my hormones. It does take time to build up in your system, so like the bottle says, wait at for least 2 months of taking it daily for the differences to become most noticeable. I noticed an increase in the fullness of my chest (to put it politely) and an increase in my drive for intimacy (again, to put it politely). Also was less irritable around my expected time of the month. All in all, an effective herb best suited for women looking to naturally balance their hormones. It's not a miracle pill by any means, but it's helpful.

After years and years of horrible painful and heavy menstrual cycles i finally found something that has worked for me! I’m writing this review after finishing 1 bottle (just ordered another). So far I’ve seen drastic changes. I wouldn’t say it’s “cured me” 100% but a good 70% and I’ll definitely take that. I found this alternative way better than birth control, synthetic hormones are not good for you and i got a ton of side effects from it. Anyway, I still get some mood swings and headaches before starting my period (not as bad as before) but now my period is ALOT lighter and shorter. I use less pads and tampons. Day 1 and 2 of my period were spent in bed with horrible cramps and i don’t experience that anymore, i feel a little tired but nothing like before, I’m actually able to go about my normal day where as before i was crying in bed in pain. I used to take so many pain killers on day 1 and 2 and i no longer have to because the pain is very low. My period used to last 7 days and now it lasts about 4 days. I think the price is good for the quantity you get (3 month supply). As far as taste and smell i haven’t noticed anything. I take it as soon as I’m done with breakfast in the mornings (best to take it in morning according to chatGPT). I really recommend this product for anyone suffering from periods!!! It has helped me a lot. Btw i am 28 years old, almost 20 months post partum. i also started eating better and doing some exercise with this product. If anything changes i will come back and update!

Well, I am taking this in combination with the Viva Naturals Organic Maca Root, 500mg, 250 Veggie Capsules, Gelatinized for Enhanced Bioavailability for these god-awful hot flashes I started getting a few months ago. I've lost so much sleep, and having Fibromyalgia, I cannot afford to lose one wink. I gotta say, these critters stink to high heaven in the bottle only (you can't smell them in your hand), but, you don't get any aftertaste or burping up that horrid smell. They go down super fast since they're capsules so no stinky taste, either. My doctor is skeptical, but he's letting me run with it. Maybe because I was nice and warned him not to open and stick his nose in to smell them like he does my other supplements, lol. We've agreed that I do not want to pursue any form of hormone replacement at this time (not even soy estrogens) because of the detrimental effect later down the road. The combination of Maca, which relies on plant sterols, which act as biochemical triggers to help the body itself to increase or reduce production of individual hormones, balancing their levels appropriate to age and gender, complemented with Chaste Tree Berry by its action as a dopamine agonist, and how it causes an improvement in menopausal symptoms by reducing Prolactin levels make a great natural combination. Basically, it makes the Maca work better. After taking these for a little bit, I have noticed a lowering of those internal temperatures of my spontaneous combustion when I go to bed. Yes, I am still having flashes and chills, but nowhere near as extreme. I've only been taking them for a short time, I will update after a few months. There is one warning that needs to be spread. Herbal supplements like these addressing menopausal symptoms cannot be taken if you are on Warfarin or any other blood thinning agent, statins, high blood pressure, or some cancer treatment medications. There are many reports of these herbs causing elevated liver enzymes (fatty liver), and other liver issues as well as the medications not working as well. So make sure, when you decide on a supplement, that you do your research and make sure that you search any medications you are taking and the herb you are interested in trying and make sure there are no interactions.

I decided to write this review in hopes of helping someone else. In 2009 I had a total hysterectomy. That put me into surgically induced menopause. I was 38 years old and no one ever explained to me what I would be going through. My body went into shock and I started experiencing so many different things, severe hot flashes, loss of libido, memory loss, and brain fog. Chase tree berry is one of the best herbs that has ever happened to me. This brand is especially potent and very high-quality. I had Debilitating PMS for years of my life did not want to be on birth control. Before taking Chaste tree berry I had cramps so bad I was on the floor crying and throwing up from the no stop pain I had. Not only physical problems but serious mental. I was an emotional mess and my hormone imbalance was mistaken for depression by a health professional. No one wanted to believe I had a hormone imbalance. I believe because my hormone imbalance was so severe in the beginning when I first started this medicine my side affects were somewhat severe my first two menstrual cycles were incredibly painful on this medication I had horrible headaches, nausea and was cramping incredibly bad. After I made it through all the side effects and now my whole life completely changed just after six months! and I am now a fully functional human being and have been taking this brand of Chaste Tree now for almost 5 years.

It's early to talk about effects yet, but it was a very easy transaction, and I like the size of the pill - very easy to swallow
