Buf-Puf Body Sponge, Bath Sponge, Dermatologist Developed, Cleanses Skin of Dirt, and Excess Oil, Reusable, Exfoliating, 6 Count

I’ve been purchasing these body sponges for years, and they’re one of the few personal care products I consistently repurchase. They have two levels of texture, which I like because I can use the gentler side on more sensitive areas and the rougher side where I want more exfoliation. With regular use, I feel they help keep my skin smooth and reduce ingrown hairs and the appearance of clogged pores. I also recommend replacing the sponge as often as the manufacturer suggests. In my experience, once it starts to wear out and flatten, it can become less effective, and using it for too long may contribute to skin irritation or develop an odor. Although the sponge does flatten somewhat over time, that’s simply a sign it’s time for a replacement. I now buy the 6-pack because it’s more economical and ensures I always have a fresh sponge ready when it’s time to switch.

The product is very pricey but I do like you can clean it easly and it lasts about 3 to 4 weeks with proper use. I use only on my back. I have an original back brush. This is the first time receiving this product from a seller that packs and makes sure it is not damage in the shipment. I am very impressed. I have been using this product for years.

I think most people who have heard of Buf-Puf know about their their facial products. I don't care for those, but love the body sponge. I use it every day in the shower with body wash for light exfoliation. If you are looking for heavy-duty exfoliation, look elsewhere, but for light, daily exfoliation, it works well.

I am old and grizzled, but these things are good for my skin just like a young person with smooth, great looking skin. I never miss a day. Beats a loofa easily.

Like so many other reviewers, I have a long and storied history with Buf Puf, probably going back to when they were first introduced. As a young adult prone to acne at the time, they kept my acne in check better than any topical medication available back then. Over the years, they've kept my skin smooth and glowing. A few years back, the local retail supply had pretty much dried up even in the urban and urbane community where I reside. I believe they fell out of favor with the flood of professional microdermabrasion procedures and newer topical treatments, some of which I've tried. That said, I can honestly say there is no current product or procedure of which I'm aware that provides better results for dollar spent, and thankfully they are now readily available online. The Buf Body Scrub is the perfect solution for overall exfoliation with its dual surfaces. The white surface should be gentle enough for all but those with extremely sensitive skin, while the blue surface will tackle the rougher areas such as elbows, knees and feet. It may take a little time to determine the right amount of pressure to use for your skin type, but your face and body will look and feel much better for the effort. I just did some calculating and determined I've been using Buf Puf for over 40 years now. I think that qualifies me to speak to their quality and effectiveness.

I have been using this scrubber for many many years. The only one that really scrubs my back and face when necessary.Love it. i thought they were no longer available so when i found them again i bought boxes of them.

I used to love these in the 80s! Was so delighted to find them again. Best facial scrub ever, and now the body too!

Just right size for hand to enable great cleaning of body in shower. Dries well and quickly so can take it on holiday. Has two sides to that can do normal or extra scrub to give body good clean and uses less shower product to give good lather.
