The Nordic Ware Naturals loaf pans are solid, well-made, and reasonably priced. This is my third Nordic Ware loaf pan because I had purchased an inferior loaf pan and I am replacing it with a superior Nordic Ware loaf pan. These loaf pans are bulletproof and last forever. In the side-by-side photo with the two empty loaf pans, the one on the left is the new one I just bought and the other one is one that I have been using for over seven years. No obvious wear and it works great. My loaves of bread are 24 ounces. They bake evenly with good heat distribution, taste great, and the loaf easily and effortlessly come out of the pan. My non-Nordic Ware loaf pan started to rust and smell metallic which wasn't good for my bread. With Nordic Ware, I don't have this issue and never will since they are made out of aluminum. If you are serious about baking, you can't go wrong with these Nordic Ware loaf pans. They work flawlessly every time.

Great pan for the price. It has a good weight to it and feels durable. I’ve only made sourdough sandwich loaves so far, but if you oil the pan and dust with flour they release perfectly. I’ve included a picture of the product insert as there seems to be some confusion about the maximum oven safe temperature, which is 500 degrees Fahrenheit. As well, it is recommended to hand wash in order to avoid discoloration, but discoloration will not affect performance. Would definitely recommend.

Nordic ware makes the best pans for bread. Very well made. Perfect side and shape. Wasn’t use and easy to clean. Crust is great. Very versatile pan for meatloaf too. I highly recommend this product. Nordic ware is excellent.

I have a couple of Nordic Ware baking sheets so I knew that this loaf pan would be very sturdy, non-stick and easy to clean. I certainly wasn’t disappointed, and the quick baking time and easy removal due to the aluminum construction were added bonuses, especially given how affordable this baking pan is. Don’t give it a second thought - always go with Nordic Ware.

This large loaf pan is pretty good. Much better than those non-stick pans that you have to treat like gold, but the non-stick still flakes off onto your baked goods even if you grease the pan! Sturdy construction. Nice rolled lip. Definitely adequite for the average home cook. If greased well, the pan releases fine. However if you take your baking seriously and make your own bread (like my family) this pan is just good. Not great, not bad, just good. Nothing wrong with it. But I found the "Doughmakers bread pan" Doughmakers Loaf Pan vastly superior in every way. From baking nicer crusts, to the shape of the finished loaf, to the ease of release of the baked bread, to the non-exsistant clean up even without a nonstick coating (and that is even baking gluten-free bread which is notoriously sticky)! In sum, good pan. But there are better if you are willing to spend a little more.

This pan is a heavyweight. Great for meatloaf and baking bread. It browned evenly. Easy cleanup. A great addition to my kitchen.

Works great. Use it to bake my sourdough bread into a loaf shape. Helps with the height of the bread and fits better into a toaster! Sometimes bake the bread with it uncovered and sometimes inside another container. I line it with parchment paper for easy release. Washes well.

This was one of a few Nordic ware items I purchased. I have used the loaf pan to make banana bread on multiple occasions and I am very happy with the outcome.

Thick sides, seems durable. I've used it only twice so far but I'm happy with the results.
