Never arrived
I do like these pens. They have them at work and I wanted to get some of my own because I really like the way they write. This review is not about the pens. I ordered a set a couple of weeks ago and they were lost and never were delivered. Amazon did provide a prompt refund. Then I ordered another set of the same pens and this time they said they were delivered, but they were never delivered to my house. This is two times now that I've tried to order these pens from Amazon and neither one has arrived. I have requested a refund but now The seller has to consider my request before they will grant one. I'm going to Staples to buy them directly next time. Again, this is not about the pens, the pens are great this is about the delivery system they are using. I order a lot of things from Amazon and have never had this problem before. That being said they are not delivered by Amazon or USPS or UPS, delivery is by some other company.
