Fairly healthy ramen
This is the best flavor. I prefer cups but the cups have bpa and other chemicals in the lining and I donโt even use the microwave anymore. This is my replacement brand for regular ramen. I do a raw egg yolk, sometimes mayo, sometimes something hot like frankโs hot sauce. Siracha is mid and I hate the plastic it comes in. Preferably, Iโd get the oceanโs halo kit for ramen with the broth separate & replace that ramen with this ramen but the oceans halo kits are like $10 and I donโt like their smooshy โfreshโ noodles. Probably saute some bok choy, too.

Needs a little something
Mikeโs Mighty Good chicken ramen is a game-changer when paired with chili crisp oilโabsolutely delicious! The chili crisp adds the perfect kick and elevates the flavor to something amazing. On its own, though, itโs a bit on the bland side, but the broth does have a nice richness that holds promise. With a little customization, this ramen really shines!

Tasty but Pricey
I have to say this was pretty good! The flavor was amazing for an instant ramen product - definitely not your typical college dorm room ramen. The broth is ridiculously rich and flavorful with that delicious fried garlic and chicken combination. I appreciate that they use simple ingredients, organic wheat flour, and steamed (not fried) noodles. It's also nice that it contains 40% less sodium per ounce than leading brands. My main complaint is the serving size - at just 2.2 oz (63g), it's quite small for the price point. At around $3.29 per pack based on what I paid for it, it's definitely on the pricier side for instant ramen. You're paying for quality, but it might not be filling enough as a standalone meal. The organic ingredients and solar-powered manufacturing are nice bonuses for the environmentally conscious. Just be prepared for a smaller portion than you might expect from typical instant ramen packages.

Good, pricey not sure just how organic it really is...
It's pretty good. I bought it because it said it was organic but I have come to find that while the noodles may be organic, the flavor mix packet does not appear to be organic and that is what the noodles are swimming in. I do 2 things to make these a little better (for me). 1- I take everything but the noodles out of the package and then pound the noodle ball with the top of a full water bottle to break up the noodles, I also do not use the oil packet they send with it since I don't think it's organic, I throw that away and use avocado oil instead.

Bland and Boring
Not worth eating. The noodles were a ball of cement before cooking. Once cooked, they are tasteless and hard to detangle from the ball. The oil package was clear and artificial looking, which was weird after claiming the noodles were organic. The flavor package was dehydrated chicken broth with no other flavorings. Overall, not worth having for any of the ingredients, even as a base to spruce up with toppings. Also, the finished product was a smaller portion than the cheep ramen.

Fantastic Taste - Way Overpriced For What You Get
I'm giving this product three stars although I really want to give it more. The texture and the taste of this ramen is fantastic. I eat mine a different way. I boil the noodles for 10 minutes and then I add about a half tablespoon of butter (I think) and then I mix in the powder that comes in the bag. I don't use the clear sauce that comes with it. The ramen is silky and the flavor of the powder is fantastic. The meal is unlike any other ramen that is out there. You can tell the quality is better. However... The portion size is laughable. I have to cook three bags at a time in order to have a meal. One is way too small and two would be a snack. In addition, the portion to the price is laughable. The price per bag should be no more than $1.40US per bag. I originally paid $2.50 I think and now it's down to $2.00. Maybe management is seeing this and will consider decreasing the price. Maybe change the type of bag as well because the organic-style bag may be increasing overall costs. But overall a great tasting meal. Too bad I had to list any negatives.

favorite ramen
I've ordered all the flavors and this (plus the beef ramen flavor) is SO GOOD. I make a few additions--I usually opt to cook the noodles in chicken stock or bone broth, add the seasoning packet earlier, and sometimes add extra dried noodles or brown rice so that I get more out of a pack. Even better if you can add green onions, eggs, etc. If this is ever discontinued I will lose my mind.

Great ingredients except for sodium and added sugar.
Family loves. Quality ingredients. Great taste. Ease to prepare. Greater amount than might mikes cups. We have purchased multiple times and they are delivered in a paper envelope. Only this last time was 1 packaged with the seam leaking dry ingredients. Comes in other flavors. Note sodium content and added sugar.
