Hi! I just received this so I can’t rate durability or how easy it is to clean. It comes shrink wrapped and inside another plastic bag. Very well packaged. It was fun to open when the vacuum seal was broken! It took a little bit to fluff it up but that was easy! I had barely put it down when two of my cats hopped in. I got the 23” which was smart. It was originally for my biggest kitty but he prefers the floor. The rest of my crazy cat bunch race to get there first. Two cats fit very well in the 23”. I ordered another! The navy blue is beautiful and I thought the dark blue would be best for all of my black and white kitties. Hides the hair! Enjoy! It’s a really nice product.

This toy is very interactive. I purchased this for my grandkitty because he started scratching his head and making himself bleed. We tried different foods and are now thinking he is scratching out of boredom or anxiety because his human has been working a lot. I wanted to get him multiple toys to keep him entertained throughout the day. So far this is his favorite new toy. It does go to sleep after a period of time. I have not figured out yet if it will wake back up when touched by the cat or not. I definitely recommend it to keep your kitties occupied. My son has two cats and the other one came out after a little while to investigate what his brother was playing with.

ETA: I switched charging cables and left the device to charge for over 4 hours. So far, the toy has worked far better and my cat was able to enjoy ~4 play sessions without a new charge. I raised my rating to 4 stars since the charge time is still long, but the playability is far higher. Original: iI really wanted to give this a higher rating. My cat does love this, especially the Whack a Mole feature. Unfortunately, after several hours of charging, this toy dies after about 10-20 minutes of play. I hate to rate so harshly on a bad battery, but it's really essential to my cat that she's able to play for long periods of time and the toy stopping when she's still full of energy is not ideal.

My one cat loves the peek a boo and my other enjoys the swinging feather. It was a good purchase!

I’m having a hard time getting this to charge up! It just blinks red for hours. This is the second one that I’ve ordered with the same problem. I can’t find any answers online. What am I doing wrong??

This is the best toy in a long time since you can recharge it. I used to go through a lot of batteries but this is much better. It has a lot of action and my cats just love it.

Cats liked it except for the swinging butterfly top part. It swings around wayyyyy too fast.

The grand kitty absolutely LOVES THIS TOY!!! Keeps her entertained for sure!
