when on alternating does the pump make enough pressure to pump you back up after chamber has been released i weight 215 lbs

I'm in same wt.range and set pump at 250 which works for me. Need to experiment with the settings to see what works best for you.

Can the pump work on 220 volts electricity ?

How long does this mattress take to inflate?

Right out of the box, I put it on the bed frame. It took about 3 hours to fully inflate, it does it slowly. I don't know how these other people can say it only takes minutes. If the power goes out, and it loses a little air, then it only takes minutes when power comes back on. So leave enough time to fully inflate before the patient comes home, about 3 hours.
