I love the fact when needing to make a loop, this strap makes it easier to do so. Great for stretching and an excellent value for the money. Fits perfectly and when appropriate for my Yoga routines that requires a yoga strap. Fabric is great as well, as no worries about plastic or metal. I highly recommend this strap and this brand as well!

I'm using this product for my knees. I am doing physical therapy and used something similar to this product there. I ordered the blue Tumac Multi Loop Stretching Strap, and it came just in time for my morning stretching. I couldn't be happier with it! Soft around my feet and ankles, yet durable enough for a good stretch and pull. The sewing on the loops is sturdy as well. There are 10 loops to utilize, which is great for many different uses. And it also comes with a stretching guide card, and a black zippered carrying case. Would definitely recommend!

I find this strap the best. I have been doing daily leg slides for a year since knee replacement. The first strap I used was a 2 inch neoprene, that I made from scraps I had laying around, it worked ok until I tried a new method of x-ing the strap above my ankle so that it did not slip off my heel. The stiff 2 inch strap caused chafing because of the crossover configuration. My next strap was a 1 inch nylon from Amazon, this also caused a little chafing at the crossover point. It worked fine if I used as designed and put my foot in one the loops, but not crossing the extended parts. This newest strap is perfect, I do not have to bother trying to get my size 13 foot into a loop, just drape it over foot then crossover the 2 extended parts of the strap. This strap is incredibly soft an pliable, because of the mixture of fibers. I also use a $100 bamboo massage table from China that is wearing fine.

Great, third one of these I bought and first I haven’t returned. Wish it had 5 smaller loops a side instead of the 4 larger ones but does the job just fine and the material is nice

Really nice strap for an excellent price. I needed to replace an older strap from another popular brand I used during physical therapy that was lost. The feel of this one is much softer without compromising the durability. It feels very well made. It doesn't stretch and the stitching is solid, so I expect it to hold up. The color looks great (just black), it's matte not shiny. It also came with a little travel pouch, which is a nice addition. So far so good!

This strap is so much better than the OTPT version! I’m a PT, and I use this type of strap for stretching, isometric strengthening, and as a tool to supplement a yoga strap. If you have skin sensitivities, like folks with EDS or MCAS or a dermatological condition, the OTPT strap is too rough and can be irritating. This strap is made of a tight woven cotton blend, so it feels good on the skin. I also like that it’s a smidge bit wider than the OTPT strap - it doesn’t dig into the skin quite as much and it offers a bit more strength against an isometric hold. You can tie the ends together as needed, but it would be cool if they could integrate a clip of some kind or other moveable fastening mechanism. Personally, I like my home yoga stuff to match, so I also appreciated the color choices.

Excellent stretching strap at a low price. I use it daily. In fact I found out about this strap from my physical therapist. Highly recommend.

My last career was as a personal trainer and I used different stretch straps and even dog leashes! I now have back issues and need to do multiple stretches particularly leg stretches for hamstrings and quadriceps as well as glute stretches. Although I can do hamstring and quad stretches and others with no stretch strap, it is easier with a stretch strap. I put my shoe in the last loop and lie down and pull my leg back stretching both my quads and hip flexors on my side. Then lying down, I attach the end loop to my foot and pull the foot back stretching both calves and hamstrings at the same time. The different loops make it convenient to use for other stretches also and the strong stitching particularly on the loops on each end make the strap very sturdy. A client once had a shoemaker use the same stitching for nylon straps that could hold body weight using d rings and handles like a popular brand name device so the stitching I know is durable as is the heavyweight canvas fabric. I compared various straps and prices and rejected straps that actually stretch since they aren't appropriate for static stretching. This strap is a good value and not much more expensive than a dog leash without loops.

YouTubeで先生が使われていたので購入しました。 高いと躊躇しますが、お手頃価格だったので。 足のストレッチを最初タオルでやっていましたが、これを使うと手も楽だし、よく伸ばせるので買ってよかったです。
