Switch Plus Audio File Converter [Mac Download]

This product is only a temporary functioning download. This was not revealed in the Amazon sales listing. I did not discover it till after the third CD was converted to MP3. During the 4th CD conversion, a message popped up stating that I had to purchase the rights and had to download the full-function program. After initially paying $43 for the program, I would have had to pay another $57 US converted to Australian currency (another charge to to do so would have to be added to the credit card). I chose not to do so. I think this is misleading and a very bad deal. Amazon should be ashamed for allowing this to occur. I expect to be refunded the purchase price, or even a merchandise credit, because I believe this sale to be fraudulent.

I use it for years, it's fast and I never had problems with it. It's enough for what I need.

Customer support is horrible they will not send you an activation key. After registration they will not acknowledge your email to help you. Please use another software.

I have used this program for many years, and I usually download and update it on its website. That is where I got this latest update. The program says it is "free" for non-commercial use, but the website continually asks me to purchase a license. I know things change, but the information could be a bit more unambiguous. I really have liked using Switch for many years, and would gladly pay to use it, I just need to know if that's what I am supposed to do.It is excellent at what it does.
