I have been keeping a saltwater aquarium for along time and am amazed at how this shows the detail on even the most common corals. It was like getting all new coral for a fraction of the price. The quality is good and the magnet attaches to the inside so the magnifying glass stays clean. I just slide it off to the side and out of the way when it’s not in use. It also works on my wife’s chameleon enclosure so I’m buying another one of my own;)

This works great, not only for enjoyment of close up viewing of your fish but also catching any signs of possible health issues that may be just starting. I have 35 fish tanks and at 70 year's old my eyes aren't as good as they used to be.

Is it expensive? Yes! Is it a quality product that functions in the way it was intended, absolutely! It is amazing how far in you can see the tank and how clear everything stays. It does not feel cheap it is well built and heavy. It does come with a magnet to place inside the tank and it is insanely strong, seriously if you have a thin tank don’t slam it! Slide the magnets together. Personally I take this from tank to tank so instead of using the provided magnet I attach it to the magnet algae scraper I already have on that tank. I breed neocaridina and Caridina shrimp so seeing them in a larger size really helps with eye strain.

I got this item and it was previously opened and returned, the plastic packaging was all cut. Annoyed but checked it out and kept it. The item works fine and as intended, I can see magnified items in my tank. I ordered a scraper from the same business and it also came to me with the plastic packaging all messed up and obviously previously opened. I won’t be ordering my aquarium supplies from Amazon anymore as they like to charge full price for returned opened package items.

Really great purchase, arrived early. I bought this to help my young grandchildren to look at the corals and fish in my marine tank. Excellent for keeping a check on all inhabitants of the tank. Would highly recommend
