It's the only product that worked for us
We are really happy with this product. We were having such a hard time finding a comfortable way for my daughter to use her violin. The initial, traditional rest was very uncomfortable and too tall so then I ordered foam I could trim down, but it still wasn't comfortable. Next we tried a washcloth over the chin-rest and as padding on her chest and it was still uncomfortable or painful for her. Finally, I just ordered this and it makes the violin very comfortable, it fits very nicely, and it seems to stay in place very well. The one issue I saw is the elastic did NOT stay in place so I tied a string from one elastic band, under the bridge to the other elastic band and it fixed the problem! It's very comfortable and stays in place so there is no distraction during practice.

Comfortable and lasts
Purchased this for my daughter to keep her violin from cutting into her collar bone. The material is soft and thick enough to keep her comfortable while playing her violin. Have used it for over a year and it's still in great shape. Nothing has stretched out and fits 1/4 size violin perfectly. Great item for the price.

Good padding
My kid hust started violin lessons, and she complained about the chin rest. This is a good padding for the chin, and gives less pain.
