Good rice
This is not the rice high street sushi uses. However, it has its own merits. Texture is sticky and grains are big. It is delicious, once you try this normal rice such as: Basmati, jasmine and so on all feel bland. The texture is so strong: You can mix normal rice 30% and sushi rice 70%, and still get full taste of sushi rice. Try it if you want to savour this rice for longer time.

Perfect
Just mix with ice-cold soda water and hey presto - instant tempura batter. I love this stuff. It makes a lovely light batter and you can do it as thick or thin as you like. It's just a no-nonsense effective product and transforms boring vegetables in a couple of minutes.
