Dog approved!
Awesome door curtain. I have 2 dogs that love going in and out no matter the season but I can't install a doggy door. This thing really holds back the cold, I only feel a slight draft from the bottom. Big save on gas bills. Dogs easily come and go. Install was relatively simple since door frame is nice and square, fit perfectly to the moldings. Tacks (included) were very helpful towards the bottom to stabilize the tape and velcro since this is where most pressure is applied by dogs running through. I installed during cold weather and velcro tape still stuck. Make sure to measure your door for appropriate size, the material is thick unlike the mesh screens and not as forgiving to folding to make fit. Get the right size instead of adjusting after.

Great product
Real good quality! Easy to assemble! Definitely worth the money! Needed to adjust the length but was easy by stapling the bottom but looks amazing and does the job!

As said above
it is a mean (wicked good) cold block. We do not want a screen door, and the front door has ice on it on a below zero day. WE have this 1890s house with a 3' x 5' entryway, then another doorway/entrance with no door. Perfect insulator for a cold divider. It was 20 deg warmmer after i put it up, and mucho happy. Warning: the adhesion is pretty weak. It fell in a day. Use the tacks on the upright horizontal, and it will be fine. That is where the weight drags. Second warning,, velcro adhesive can wreak havoc on latex paint. Buy 1" or 2" paper tape, then put the velcro on that. Come summer, your paint will be unmarred. Third warning, put the tape and Velcro on the warm side. The cold side adhesion will fail. Really made a difference. Worth every penny. Good luck

Works like a doggie door
So Iโll start off by saying Iโm giving it a four primarily because it tears easily, and I donโt see this lasting for very long. That withstanding, it fits my French doors perfectly, and I put it up with the accompanying tacks. The top tacks hold the door well the side tacks not as good. The magnets work great at holding the two sides together, which is great for my dog to go in and outside without having to open up the door fully. When my door is shut, it seems to help keep the extra cold from coming through the cracks in the door. With the door open, it definitely limits the amount of cold air that comes in, although not entirely eliminating it. As I mentioned before, the only issue I have with it is the plastic seems to be thin and not as high of a quality as the rest of the product since itโs already got some small tears in it and Iโve only had it a couple of days.

Works! Easy to put up.
This product actually works! I was a little skeptical but those magnets snap right together after you pass through. It was easy to put up. I did it by myself. I'm using it to block air from going up and down a set of stairs and was delighted to find this door curtain in very long sizes. It's thick but flexible. The sticky back is highly adhesive, the Velcro stays snug, and there's a tie back if I need it but it's so easy to pass through I don't know why I would. I may get more for other doorways. It's a lot better than the drapes and blankets I've tried before which were awkward to move through.

This is the best of the at least 4 different types of this style I have used in the last 3 years!
These are extremely well made, better than earlier models. These LOOK like a very beautiful large spaced (but thin) bubble wrap! They catch the light and sun. They are not dark but see-through only to the extent that you can see sunlight. The magnetic strips work exactly as they should, and are spaced closer together than previous (different brand) curtains we have purchased. We use this between our bedroom and screened-in porch, with a pocket door. It is not supposed to be cold in SC, so we got them to save on AC bills. SC the last 3 years has been cold for 2 months a year! These curtains work to protect from COLD AND HEAT! They also keep bugs out. The price is great, and has come down in price over 3 years! For the original curtains, I put the velcro up and reinforced it with thumbtacks, and when they needed to be replaced, we also used a hot glue gun to reinforce the original velcro, as it was not worn out! These are so easy to use! Our two cats LOVE them too! They play with it by running through the living room, and through the kitchen, liggety split, into the bedroom. One takes the high road, (over the bed), and the other zooms under the bed. Both reach the curtains at the same time. They end up in a rolling ball of two cats, both smiling. These curtains take a beating! They are well-made and capable of withstanding pet abuse! I have seen reviews that found fault with these for not holding up for long enough. If PROPERLY put up, velcro, thumb tacks, and maybe hot glue for extra protection, these should last at least a year! Pets CAN be hard on them. Please order the right size. We have a sill down the sides and on top of the door. We measured to include the sill!!!! The velcro is just wide enough that we wrap it over, and attach it to the side and top of the sill. These come in several sizes, and this brand is the best we have tried. Ours take a lot of abuse, but I expect them to last at least a year!

Amazing / energy saver
UPDATE: 3 stars - adhesive SUCKS. Iโd give it about 2 stars. - the Velcro strap to pull curtains back is too short & not strong enough - if you try to pull both sides of curtain back, the adhesive rips off the top & sides ๐๐๐๐ defeating the purpose of the curtains entirely. ORIGINAL REVIEW: was 5 stars These curtains have saved me on my heating bills. I Just moved into an older house that gets some wicked wind causing constant drafts from the sliding doors - these curtains stop it and keep the warmth in. Theyโre amazing! These have made a HUGE difference!! I like that you can still get natural light & pull them back if needed. Magnetic closure works wonderfully. I have a feeling these will help in the summer too - keep my electric bill down for the AC! Fits well. Durable. Energy saving. Insulated warmth in & keeps cold out. Easy installation. I tried adding a photo but it wonโt let me

Works well and easy to install
Used on interior doorway for easy in-out of AC room for pets. Mid-size dogs learned to use this right away, This simple solution solves the problem of providing AC relief for pets in specific indoor spaces when we choose not to cool the entire house. We think this will also work for isolating heated areas later in the year. This was a fairly easy, one-person installation job. The curtain was installed on the outside doorjamb (doors open inward, away from this curtain). We like it so much we bought a 2nd curtain for another room. Here are installation instructions because one package came with less than great instructions, and the 2nd package came with no instructions at all. 1. Air the curtain (outdoors if possible) for a day or two before indoor installation. The off-gassing is stinky (if you are sensitive to it) but completely OK after a day or two. 2. Before installation, measure your doorway to figure out how high to hang the strip. I bought the larger size to have. more leeway for both height and width. I used pencil markings on the doorjamb as guides. 3. To install - a) Unroll the velcro strips - the wide one for the top, and the longer, narrow strip for the sides. b) Lay your curtain flat and attach the velcro to the sides, but DO NOT pull off the backing - in other words, velcro to velcro, but adhesive still covered. c) Now place the heavy-duty velcro strip across the top of the doorway. I did this by removing the backing (exposing the adhesive) on one end, aligning with my corner pencil marking, and then unrolling and pressing down while pulling the backing off. This was 36" wide, not a heavy lift to accomplish. I stodd on a step stool, and after the top velcro strip was on the doorjamb I used the flat black plastic tool (included) to firmly attach the wide velcro strip to the top of the doorjamb. d) Then attach the curtain at the top only. This is velcro to velcro. the curtain is now hanging with the sides unattached to anything. e) Now attach the sides of the curtain to the doorjamb. To do this I worked down each side of the doorjamb about 12" at a time, peeling the backing off the adhesive backing and smoothing and attaching as I worked from top to bottom This method ensured a taught fit.
