Why don’t you display mg’s ?

Number of mg per capsule (amount per serving) is listed on back of package under Supplement Facts, not as a total but as number of mg of vitamin C 250mg, vitamin D 25mcg (micrograms), 1 microgram equaling .001 mg, and Zinc 25mg. A Proprietary organic blend of root and seed parts 550mg.

What time do i take this do i take it when im awake or set alarm every 6 hours ?

Doesn’t have to be exact. Day 1 you take 4x a day so plan it with 3 meals and then before bed. Day 2 you take 3x so plan with each meal.

Can it take by big kid? I know it is for adults, but can it be taken by 16 year old boy who is 180lb and 5'11"? Basically the size of an adult?

Go to their website and under FAQ you’ll find their recommendation. Formulated for over 18 y/o. For 12-18 take 1/2 dose. Children, no matter height and weight metabolize medicines differently from adults. Best to consult your physician or pharmacist.
