Great taste!
This review is for the Salted Caramel flavor, just because sometimes there are multiple products on the page. This flavor has quickly become one of my favorites. The caramel flavor is strong, the saltiness is there, and it has a fantastic, creamy taste. The creaminess and smooth mouthfeel are most likely from the added oils, which I am not really a fan of, but the amount of oil seems to be relatively low considering the nutritional value. It's still worth noting, though. As far as sweeteners go, sucralose is the only one in this product. I like it when companies pick one sweetener instead of adding two or three like acesulfame potassium (Ace K), aspartame, and or sucralose all mixed together. I try to consume them all in moderation, so only having oneāin this case, sucraloseādoes make me feel a bit better! The taste from the sweetener is fantastic with a very sweet flavor. I like to drink it straight or mix it into some coffee before a workout. It makes a great, tasty iced-coffee kind of drink when I use a cold brew. As far as nutrition goes, 170 calories, 3g total fat, 0.5g saturated fat, 20mg cholesterol, 3g total carb, 0 dietary fiber, 0 added sugars, and 30g of protein. 30g of protein for 170 calories is pretty good imo at least, and 0.5g of saturated fat isn't much, so I think they are perfectly fine macros, but everyone is different of course! Overall these are some very tasty shakes if you are a fan of salted caramel, and I can definitely recommend them.

PERFECT Addition To COFFEE
If you need to find a way to get more protein in your diet; either to complement your daily routine, supplement for your workout regiment or as apart of reworking for a healthier diet, then really consider adding this Quest Nutrition Shake (Salted Caramel Flavor) to your diet! Specifically, I add it to my morning coffee (black) and I am about to start drinking an evening coffee (black but de-caf then) just so I can add another shake to my daily routine and get 60g of protein (30g each) with only 6g of carbs (3g each) into my diet! I honestly can't believe that I did not do this earlier! I have a huge sweet tooth, but this was getting the best of me, as I started gaining a lot of weight post-university since I stopped playing varsity sports and thus could no longer support my diet choices. Therefore, I started to peel back sugar from my diet where possible, and coffees were one of the areas where I started learning to drink them straight black, and have been doing this, with some sadness for the last 3-4 years. Now, enter in this shake, which tastes great (and I wasn't even a big Salted Caramel fan in the first place), is def sweet enough (due to the sucralose; which is FDA approved as an artificial sweetener, and as of the date of this review, is safe for consumption, and specifically drinking the amount in 1-2 of these shakes per day, however as with everything you eat, especially when processed, continue to look for the latest research on it to make sure consumption stays safe) and has a watery consistency exactly like black coffee, so does not change it's texture (so if you're hoping for a creamy coffee with this then you'll be disappointed, but I was not looking for that). You won't notice that you've added this to your black coffee, except for the change in taste and color, which since this drink is semi-white, basically like creamer, makes coffee turn into a brown color that looks like you just added a creamer. The amount you want to add will vary based on how sweet you want the coffee, etc., but for me, I generally add about 7-8oz (each shake is 11oz) to about 12oz coffee, and then jug the rest of the shake on its own. With the additional volume, this usually becomes quite filling on its own, and has stopped me from eating a donut or something else sweet in the morning with the rest of my breakfast (ie. boiled eggs), improving my overall diet as well. It also helps curb my general sweet tooth so if you also have a sweet tooth like me, check this shake out! Overall, I am extremely happy that I found these shakes and have found I think the best way to incorporate them into my daily routine! I would def recommend and have already bought more, and will continue to do so!

Best caramel protein flavor
I make Protein Lattes every morning, and this is THE BEST caramel protein drink flavor across brands. Unfortunately the price has increased substantially in the last few months but it's still well worth the price. It's quality, complete protein that keeps me full all the way until lunchtime.

Great taste but leaves residue
I purchased these shakes for support after bariatric surgery. This particular flavor is delicious. They arenāt too thick. It reminds me of a milk shake however, it leaves a horrible aftertaste and residue in your mouth and on your tongue which I donāt like. The protein content is high, good for getting in all the vitamins and minerals that you need after surgery. I would recommend this flavor but Fairlife is a better product.
