Don’t know why I didn’t buy this sooner!
My manicurist recently changed the shape of my long nails, making them more pointed at the tip. I was having a tremendously difficult time taking my soft contacts out in the evenings, with red irritated eyes as the result. In fact, it got to the point that I had to sleep in my contacts a couple of nights because I couldn’t get them out. I almost didn’t purchase this product because of some of the negative reviews; however, figured I would try it before having to go back to my manicurist to reshape my nails. Using the tweezer tool was a breeze! I got both of my contacts out in the first attempt. The trick is to look straight ahead into the mirror and not be shy to use a little firmer grip pressure on the tweezer to grab the contact. Both of my lenses came right out with no pain or pressure on my eye. It was so easy I can’t imagine ever being without this tool! I haven’t felt the need to use the other tools yet for inserting my lenses, but I’ll probably give them a try at some point.

I wouldn’t recommend
Definitely did not work even with the soft tips. They are still way too hard to try to pull the contact out without hurting your eye.. I should have sent them back, but I kept it for the little case.

Niche product
After trying the "tweezer" tool to remove my contacts, I found that it didn't work. In all fairness, my contacts always go onto my eyes easily but don't like to come back out. This tool didn't grab my contact any better than using my fingers. I gave it 3 stars because the item looks exactly as described, but it doesn't come with user instructions or cleaning instructions, which seems important for something you use in your eyes. It's my opinion that some might have a better experience with this product than I had.

Best contact lense installer
I have read a lot of reviews on this item from good to bad. Most people are upset because it does not have a suction to the contact. However, after practicing, it does not need a suction because the contact automatically sticks to the end of the rubber if you are careful, due to the water on the lenses. Just like anything you try for the first time, it takes practice. After two weeks, this has become the best investment ever. It works exactly as advertised and I now cannot see myself putting in my contact lenses without it. Just be patient and practice. I guarantee you will love it. Now for the scoop stick or whatever that thing is, I don't use. Not sure what it's for because it does not help with anything.

I broke it but still recommend them!
Made contact removal quicker and cleaner. Taking off a star because the tweezers snapped while I was taking it out of the case after a 2 weeks of use. I still recommend this product for people new to using contacts.

Not worth the money
It's a cute tool with a small case but the grip does not work so well. This goes the same as you try to place your eye contacts in by using the tip tool. The grip tool: No matter how many times you try to grip your eye contacts out, it will not grab your eye contacts at all. The tip tool: We're aware to keep our eye contacts clean everyday by adding solution. The problem is once you place one of your eye contacts using the tip tool, it'll slowly slip right off from the rubber as soon as you're about to place the eye contact directly in your eye. In conclusion: You're better off to put on or take off your eye contacts by hand. It's much quicker in my opinion. A little advice: Those who have trouble removing their eye contacts by hand, I personally always look up, make a gently small pinch. After the small gently pinch, I'd slowly lower my eyelid (slightly not completely to the point where my eye is closed).

Not for me
It's a very nice little set, but my eyes do not like it. I am very sensitive and those little tweezers don't help me. The paddle is nice for getting the lenses out of the packaging.

The device has been very useful. However, it's broken after using it for a month. That's why I only gives it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

This doesn't work at all. I wanted to get them so I didn't have to worry about the length of my nails. These are cheap, the pads spin, and the two parts don't even line up. I tried multiple times to remove my contacts with this gadget and it didn't once grasp the lens.

No son como lo esperaba, es pequeño y aunque dice que para lentes blandos, es muy difícil de usar para lentes blandos, yo creo es más para lentes duros, y el tamaño un poco complicado de manipular y se siente frágil el material
