Hello, yes it suppose to have two brushes but my package didn't. Can my second brush be sent to me?

The brushes are in the same packaging as shampoo. You need to open all the packaging to see them.

Can I add water to the solution to stretch it?

No. We do not recommend watering our Lash Shampoo down as it will definitely affect its performance. The composition of this product is well-balanced, and it doesn’t require adding more water to it, otherwise, we can’t guarantee the shampoo will work as it normally should.
