Crepe Cookbook: Top 50 Crepe Recipes

Nice mix of recipes. Would prefer grams to cup weight but can't have everything.

Handy book to have for added recipes.

A very good book and whot you can put in pancakes

Nothing too exciting about the book. Haven't tried any of the recipes yet.

I was disappointed that there was no pictures at all in this, the front makes it look like it does have pictures. I was also disappointed to find an incorrect recipe (see picture). Beer crepes with ingredients list not including beer and different from instructions and noting vanilla twice, very messy and not professional at all. I have not yet read through them all in detail so there may be more incorrect recipes in the book. I wouldn't recommend.

I have order the crepes machine so definitely a book w recipes it’s a must !!!

The first recipe I looked at is Beer Crepes. List of Ingredients is missing beer. Not sure what else is missing. If you are going to write a cook book, make sure to include all ingredients.

I bought it because there was a nice picture up on the right corner with mandarin.May be I try it .
