Each of the Pro Hosa dual cables makes "1 set" which serves the purpose of connecting one device/instrument to other devices. I was confusing to me, too. But think of a set of 2 cables that makes/serves the purpose of one (left and right for stereo purposes.Maybe you already know this. If you do, that's great. Has anyone used these with the PreSonus Eris 3.5 monitors?

Yes! I used these for the exact monitors until I got the Eris e5 and they still worked with those as well.

How well will this work with a yamaha mx61 keyboard?

They'll work well as they are high quality cables. However, these are balanced cables and your keyboard has unbalanced outputs. So while they'll work, you might pay a little more to get balanced caables that you don't need. Might want to look for an unbalanced version.
