3 in 1 Foam Plyometric Jump Box

This is an excellent Is polymetric jump box. I use it for box jumps, lunges and step ups. I weigh about 190 pounds and I also use it to put my feet on when I'm doing push-ups. I've been using it for about 3 years now with no issues. This is well made and it's soft. I like that It has 3 different sides with 3 different heights to change up your workouts. The vinyl cover on is nice so it doesn't slip around while you're doing your workouts. It's also light enough for you to pick up and move around. I also use it to sit down sometimes or even put my dumbbells on it and other exercise equipment. I would highly recommend this foam polymetric jump box.

First ever owned plyo-box, cover is well made and durable. The material inside is very sturdy for anyone who is around 200 lbs. Having three sizes in one allows for multiple levels of exercises and skill ability, I also enjoyed the low impact on the joints when landing on the box. I bought one for my son in the Navy so we could perform the same exercise routines, he also has a 2-year-old that likes to emulate his movements. This box is soft enough to protect from young children playing around it and not hitting their head on a rigid hard box edge. Great buy and would recommend it to anyone who is avid in workouts.

I was accustomed to the Titan version at my local gym. As I built my home gym, I first tried the CAP version..... it was horrible. Very unstable as the interior foam pads varied in length. This one is MUCH better than the CAP. It is even and comfortable to use. It is not quite as firm as the Titan version, but it fits my needs.

Solid and sturdy box. This thing is a beast. It’s a great price and stays put.

I bought this jump box to use with some of the clients in my boot camp class. They hesitated to use the regular plyo boxes because of too many scraped shins. So I ordered this box. The 20" side is great and what we use the most for circuits that involve jumping. It is the most stable height. But you still have to make sure it's on a non-slippery surface and that you're not landing on the edges. Several of the ladies use the 24" height. As long as they land squarely on the platform it's good. To use the 30" height we prop it against a heavier object (such as the 300 lbs tire). One of the tricks we've learned is to fold a yoga mat beneath it. That really seems to help keep it from sliding. Don't get me wrong, sliding is not a major issue and only a small annoyance if you happen to pay attention to it. When you land on the box it is firm and has very little give. And if you miss a jump your shins will not suffer. Several of the boot camp ladies have challenged themselves to attempting to jump to the higher heights because they're comfortable enough to know that if they miss they're not going to get hurt like they would with the solid metal or wood plyo boxes. I may add another one of these exact boxes to my equipment room. They are worth the money. Update - It's been almost a year since I bought this box. I've really been pleased with how little wear and tear is showing. Some of my clients aren't the most nimble of jumpers and land pretty hard on it, stressing the seams. But there is no sign that any seam or zipper is getting ready to fail and start tearing. This box gets pulled out 2-3 times a week, so it's been through a lot. Still a great buy.

My son races BMX and MTB at a very high level and this box is our go to tool. It is one of the safest and best built. We feel there are many benefits to the box jump, Box jumps are plyometric exercises that provide numerous benefits for fitness and athletic performance. Here are some of the key advantages: Increased Power and Explosiveness: Box jumps require rapid and forceful movements, which strengthen and improve the explosive power of the legs. This is beneficial for sports such as basketball, volleyball, and track and field. Improved Vertical Jump: By repeatedly jumping onto a box, you train your body to generate more force and height in your jumps. This can lead to a higher vertical jump, which is crucial for many athletic activities. Enhanced Lower Body Strength: Box jumps engage and strengthen the muscles of the lower body, including the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, and calves. This can improve overall leg strength and stability. Cardiovascular Fitness: As a high-intensity exercise, box jumps elevate the heart rate and burn calories. This can contribute to improved cardiovascular health and endurance. Improved Balance and Coordination: Box jumps require precise movements and body control while landing on the box. This helps enhance balance, coordination, and agility. Reduced Risk of Injuries: When performed correctly, box jumps can help strengthen the muscles and tendons around the knees and ankles, reducing the risk of injuries associated with these joints. Versatility: Box jumps can be easily adapted to different fitness levels and abilities by adjusting the height of the box. This makes them a versatile exercise that can be incorporated into various workout routines. In conclusion, box jumps offer a wide range of benefits for athletic performance, lower body strength, cardiovascular fitness, and overall body control. They are a valuable addition to any fitness program aimed at improving power, explosiveness, and vertical jump.

Well-made, works great barefoot or with shoes, great quality. Relatively lightweight compared to the wooden versions and much safer. Doesn't tip with common sense. Cover material is ideal for indoor/home workout use, but might not hold up if pushed around on a rough floor (obviously, right?).

I had been eyeing this up for so long, and snagged it on a pre-Christmas sale. It's perfect for step ups and hip thrusts. I love that it is slightly padded but yet so sturdy. The quality is great. A lovely addition to my home gym.

Den var hård med mjukt innnehåll som är perfekt att använda till träning inomhus. Ej hård som en träbox.

Bought to help me graduate my box jumps and its excellent quality and value. Just got to make sure you land in the center of the box otherwise it can be unstable because its soft and it bends if you land close to the edge.
