Apple Cider Vinegar with the "mother".
I've given it 5 stars as I am assuming it is good for me. It's my second ozcket abd I don't feel any worse so hopefully it is doing good!

Won't buy again
Bit too much heartburn created with three of these

I am a woman of a certain menopausal age, my weight is increasing but I find it particularly difficult to lose it. I have been taking 3 capsules a day for nearly 3 weeks now and I am certainly noticing a difference. I have lost 3lb.. (which I am thrilled about) I have increased my steps every day (not running marathons) I am not eating between meals; I don't want to eat biscuits or snacks and when I do eat my portion size is definitely smaller.. I have tried a number of different tablets, eating habits etc etc and this to date, so far is my go to.. Yes I am watching what I eat and exercising slightly more, I love my food and I am enjoying my food but eating less and still feeling full. I hope this helps, I appreciate it might not work for everyone, but the capsules are excellent value for money and worth a try... good luck
