my carafe broke can I get a new one ? and what is cost ?

As of December 10, 2022, the OEM replacement carafe (here on Amazon) is $50. Meaning, at current prices, for only $9 more, you could get a brand new coffee maker.

Has anyone washed the carafe and plastic parts in the dishwasher?

I've run mine through the dishwasher at least 100 times. For me, if something doesn't go in the dishwasher, it goes in the trash. I've put the carafe on the button rack maybe 50 times, and I run my dishwasher with heated drying, sanitary cycle, and extra hot rinse.

This Amazon listing states "country of origin: China". I was interested in this coffee pot until I found that it was made in China and listed for 70+ dollars.

Which filters are you using? Can you suggest a specific size/brand etc?

anyone else noticing Amazon raising prices? 100 ct of natural brown number 2 filters is 4.98 at the grocery stores around me; it's 7.48 here. just fyi
