This ScotchBlue painter’s tape works exactly as expected and makes my projects so much easier. I’ve been using it for many years. It sticks well without peeling up while painting, but removes cleanly without damaging walls or leaving behind sticky residue. I’ve used it on trim, baseboards, and around windows, and it gives me clean paint lines every time. I’m currently using it on my banisters that I’m stripping and re-staining and as always, it’s working great. The 2-inch width is perfect for covering larger areas quickly, and the rolls last a long time with moderate use. This painters tape is definitely a reliable, high-quality tape that I’ll keep buying for future DIY projects. It may be a little pricier than other brands, but it’s well worth the higher cost. (Try using an off brand tape just once and you’ll most likely regret it). Highly recommend!

This Scotch tape is exactly what I needed for everyday use around the house and office. 5/5 Rating This painters / masking tape is EXACTLY what I needed. Every home should have at least one roll. With this I was able to "temporarily" fix my vehicle headliner which has started to sag from age and use. With the masking tape I was able to cover the windshield and the dashboard to maske sure the adhesive spray didn't get on parts I didn't want. Buying this tape from Amazon vs somehwere like Advance Auto you would save at least $10 bucks. Good stuff. Pros Easy to use Works exactly as described Well priced Cons None.

Great tape, easy to use and remove

Is it me or does this blue tape come with a strong adhesive smell? Even the ones I get from the department stores. It didn't use to be that way. It sticks just fine, it does the job.

I have tried several brands of painters tape for different projects in my mom’s home, and this one is the best! It doesn’t loose its stickiness and fall off, but it doesn’t mark up the area either. Handy to have around your home for many different things!

Great tape! Works as it should. Used it to cover wood flooring when regrouping some tile next to wood! Highly recommend!

Perfecta!!! Yo también la compré para utilizar con una impresora 3D y el resultado es excelente. Bien es cierto que es bastante mas cara que otras (las típicas de color amarillo), pero esta no se arruga como las otras, en caso de que utilice la cama caliente de la impresora. Las piezas se quedan muy bien adheridas mientras se están fabricando y una vez finalizada la impresión no cuesta excesivamente desprenderlas si se hace con un poco de cuidado. Además al ser el rollo de 50 metros, aunque sea caro, tienes para un montón de recambios de la cama de la impresora, ya que como digo, si extraes las piezas con cuidado, ni se rompe ni se resiente. Muy recomendada esta cinta. Yo compré el modelo de 48mm de ancho.

Makes painting much easier. Take the time to cover door and window frames and flooring. Make sure you check price as it seems to vary a lot and recent purchases have been cheaper at local hardware store.

Auch ich zweckentfremde dieses Klebeband für meinen 3D Drucker mit PETG Filament und bin begeistert. Nachdem ich sehr viele Oberflächen ausprobiert habe (Buildtak, Glas - mit und ohne Prittstift) bin ich nun bei ScotchBlue gelandet. Hier haften die Ausdrucke tatsächlich genau richtig. Auf dem Buildtak haben die Ausdrucke zu gut gehaftet, wodurch ich diese nur sehr, sehr schwer entfernen konnte. Letztendlich hat es mir dann diese teuere Oberfläche immer weiter zerlegt. Auf Spezial-Glas (Ender 3 mit Microbeschichtung) hat es nicht gut genug gehalten. Zwar sind kleine Drucke gut geworden, allerdings haben sich größere und komplizierte Objekte sehr gerne an den Rändern gehoben (Warping). Vor allem Objekte mit Hohlraum und Wänden waren danach kaum zu gebrauchen. Hier noch ein paar Tipps: - PETG Filament von AmazonBasiscs - PETG nicht auf das Bett quetschen sondern ~0,2mm Distanz lassen - 80 Grad Bett-Temperatur - 240 Grad Nozzle / Düse - Keinerlei Nachbearbeitung der Oberfläche (kein Abschmirgeln o.ä.) Bei Warping: - Ein Raft mit 2 Schichten und 0,2mm Objekt-Distanz wirkt WUNDER bei Warping-Problemen. Noch ein wichtiger Tipp zum Abschluss: Das Filament bleibt nicht ab der 1. Sekunde auf dem Bett haften und neigt dazu, sich nach oben an die Düse zu rollen. Da allerdings die 1. Schicht bekanntlich die wichtigste ist solltet ihr unbedingt sicher stellen, dass der Filament-Anfang nicht nach oben steht und sich bei der 2. Runde am Druckkopf "festhält". Schneidet dazu einfach kurz nach dem Druck-Start dieses hochstehende Ende mit einer Zange ab.
